摘要


本論文旨在應用賽局理論探討供應鏈優化與市場需求彈性的情境下,供應商的決策模式。基本上,是以賽局理論為基礎,建構一個供應商取得供應鏈優化,相對於經銷商取得多種市場需求彈性的情境中,分析供應商彼此於競合狀態中如何取得獲利優勢,進行柏拉圖效益法與網格搜尋演算之分析。本論文參酌Perea-López and Grossman (2003)供應鏈最適化策略預測模型,以搜尋最優決策變數,促成供應鏈利潤最大化,以適用於多產品、多管道分銷網絡、多批量的工廠。實證研究結果顯示「供應鏈優化」(Supply Chain Optimization)在整體優化和局部優化兩種類型得到的結果為:利潤最大化,銷售收入增加,當期的各項開支減少,以降低營運成本。整體而言,在供應商彼此於競合狀態中,供應商應致力於供應鏈優化,方能取得較佳的決策方案。本論文同時歸納出供應商供應鏈優化的具體措施有:品質提升策略、管理創新策略、通路創新策略、品牌創新策略等四種策略。 關鍵詞: 供應鏈優化,賽局樹分析,賽局理論,決策模型

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the decision-making model of suppliers and distributors under the situation of supply chain optimization and market demand elasticity in the context of Game theory. Basically, based on the theory of the game theory, the construction of a supplier to obtain supply chain optimization, compared with the dealer to obtain a variety of market demand elasticity of the situation, analysis of suppliers and distributors in the competing state of how to obtain profit advantage, Platonic benefit method and grid search calculation analysis. In this paper, Perea-López and Grossman (2003) Supply Chain optimization Strategy Prediction model is used to search for optimal decision variables and maximize supply chain profit, to be suitable for multi-product, multi-channel distribution network, multi-batch factory. Empirical results show that "supply Chain optimization" (Supply Chain Optimization) in the overall optimization and local optimization of the two types of results is: Profit maximization, sales revenue increase, the current period of expenditure reduction, to reduce operating costs. Overall, in the race between suppliers and distributors, suppliers should be committed the supply chain optimization in the best possible way to achieve better decision-making options. At the same time, this paper sums up the specific measures of supplier supply Chain optimization: Quality improvement strategy, management innovation strategy, channel Innovation strategy, and brand innovation strategy.
