摘要 隨著環保意識的逐漸抬頭,國際環保團體對於產品環保性要求的趨勢之下,供應鏈體系也因此起了很大的變化。在面對此變化的狀況下,首要課題就是把環境問題和環保議題融入整個供應鏈,並定義稱為「綠色供應鏈」;2004年8月實施的歐盟廢電機電子設備指令(WEEE) 與電子電機設備禁用物質指令(RoHS),對我國製造產業影響重大。 為解決企業在遭受RoHS指令衝擊與客戶環保要求時所面臨到符合性作業需求,本研究將提出對於製造業中綠色供應鏈供應商之評選準則與分析,提供實務界的經理人參考並選擇出較適合之供應商,以提升產業競爭力。 本研究係以問卷方式,以層級程序分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process ,AHP)及模糊層級程序分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process , Fuzzy AHP)之實証結果歸納出企業綠色供應鏈體系之下,供應商之評量決策準則。 經由研究過程與分析結果可得知綠色供應商遴選準則之層級架構與遴選準則權重分析,其中該評核項目較重要之項目為「原物料入庫時,其公認單位之檢驗報告書」、「零組件入庫前之檢測機制」、「最高管理者核准之環境方針」,此重要程度可提供予製造產業在對於綠色供應商評選時重要且具體的參考依據。
Abstract With the growing trend on environmental consciousness, supply chain on products is change widely and green products would be required over the world. For this change, integrating the environmental problem and products manufacturing with supply chain is primary issue and is generally defined to green supply chain. The rules for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) were implemented in 2004 and there is a great impact for manufacturing in Taiwan. This study presented criteria analysis and decision for supplier selection on green supply chain for solving the WEEE and RoHS demand and offers relatively suitable opinions for managers. In this work, we developed an analytic procedure of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) by questionnaire. The analysis used the SPSS and Expert Choice decision-making software package. First, descriptive statistics were computed. Next, reliability as a measure of internal consistency was calculated. The empirical results of this research showed structural and weighted selection criteria on green supply chain for manufacturing. To conclude, there were some selection criteria such as environmental survey report and environmental guiding principle for supreme administrator could be useful for products manufacturing in Taiwan.
