綠色環保要求,已成為企業面對的功課,多年來,各項環境協議,包含ISO14001系列、歐盟相關法規及各國自訂法律,在企業組織內,成立專責部門或人員,專門處理綠色環保事務。然,在著重對上游的要求時,似乎很少有對下游客戶端注重的項目做一剖析。 本研究以問卷為工具,選擇台灣網路通訊產業中上游的組裝廠及主力零件供應商作為主要調查對象,藉由層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)手法進行問卷分析,佐以網路通訊產業特質,探索此產業對應綠色風潮的趨動力。 以顧客及供應商角度剖析綠色產品主要訴求。運用企業使用關鍵績效指標(Key Performance Indicator, KPI),藉由採購、技術、製造卅物料、回收卅再利用等四大管理構面,了解網通產業供應鏈結合的主要關鍵,當企業角色處於選擇與被選擇之間,提升綠色競爭力的方法,才能達到雙贏的局面。 研究結果,在台灣網路通訊產業,設計可回收產品,是整體受訪者,對綠色競爭力最大的期望。希望這樣的研究模式,可以複製到其他產業。用以了解企業綠色競爭力的強弱勢,以利於維持及改善。
Many business organizations set up dedicated department or staff to deal specifically with environmental protection affairs according to environmental protection requirements, various environmental agreements, including the ISO 14001 series, the associated EU regulations and national custom law. However, there has been regulation focus mainly and mostly on the upstream suppliers, yet with little focus on the downstream clients. Upstream suppliers and downstream clients of Taiwan network communication industry are selected to be the study subjects in this study. The data of the key performance indicators (KPI) within the four management dimensions, such as purchasing, technology, manufacturing & materials, recovery & recycling are collected via questionnaire. And Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used for the data analysis. The aim is to investigate the impact and influence of Taiwan network communication industry on the green environmental issue. The result indicates that the design KPI under the technology dimension has the least green consideration in the Taiwan network communication industry. This proposed study can be duplicated into other industry to promote green consiousness in achieveing overall green competence.
