隨著數位化時代的來臨,LCD TV已成為現代社會人類不可或缺的商品。隨著此產品需求日益增加與同業競爭日益劇烈,相關零組件之品質與成本為LCD TV產業生存之重要因素。本研究主旨即在探討如何選擇屬於關鍵零組件中的偏光板供應商,以提升企業本身之競爭力。 本研究提出灰色多屬性決策分析來解決偏光板供應商評選的問題,並結合層級分析法探討客觀權重。研究過程共分為三個階段:第一,以專家判斷評估準則之重要性等級及過半數的多數決方法,歸納出面板廠決策者選擇偏光板供應商時,所需衡量的12項評估準則;第二,利用層級分析法的分析結果,提供各項評估準則所需權重;第三,以國內專業面板廠製造商C公司為案例,作為灰色多屬性決策分析的研究對象,探討其偏光板供應商評選之最適決策。研究結果顯示最佳方案的選擇依序為O公司、L公司、N公司及S公司,此成果可供面板業者採購決策之參考依據。
In the advent of the digital era, LCD TV has become one of the most indispensable commodities in modern society. The competition is drastic and the demand increases every month. To survive the competition of the LCD industry, a corporation must pay close attention to the quality and cost of key components of LCD TV. One key component is the Polarizer sheet. The aim of our study is to develop a decision model for selecting a Polarizer sheet supplier who can best meet the corporation’s requirements. We have developed an integrated decision making model that combines the Grey Multi-attribute Analysis (GMA) method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve the supplier selection problem. The model is then applied to a real world case involving one panel manufacturer C, and four suppliers – companies O, L, N and S. The decision process of this case study consists of three phases: (1) Determining twelve essential decision factors (attributes) based on experts’ opinion and the majority rule; (2) Applying the AHP method to obtain the weigh for each attribute; (3) Finding the top supplier using the GMA method along with the weight vector acquired in (2). The result of the case study indicates that company O would be the optimal choice for panel manufacturer C.
