TFT-LCD產業是目前台灣最具競爭力的事業,然而在TFT-LCD需求量日漸顯著的成長之下,企業無不將自身領域積極擴大,以增加市場佔有率,並相對提升獲利能力,更間接使得TFT-LCD面板廠商設備的需求量有提高之趨勢。 點燈檢驗站在TFT-LCD產業之Cell製程中,是具有監控前段製程良率的警報器,假若面板未經檢驗確認,會導致製程穩定度難以掌控,而品質參差不齊所引起的顧客抱怨與日俱增,進而帶來的是訂單嚴重流失與名譽缺乏可信度,因此點燈檢驗的過程在TFT-LCD產業中,是一項不可或缺的角色,然而在點燈設備供應商的各項功能面,評估其達成度,選擇符合企業需求的供應商。 本研究係以TFT-LCD產業做為研究對象來進行應用分析,利用問卷方式,先以AHP法求得準則的權重,來作為模糊TOPSIS法,完成TFT-LCD點燈設備供應商評選;再透過模糊AHP法評量供應商績效,藉此達到評比公正性與客觀性評估,提供一系統化程序之點燈設備供應商績效評選模式。 經由研究過程與分析,AHP與模糊AHP所獲得四大構面之重要性順序皆為:品質能力>技術能力>價格能力>保固能力;而模糊TOPSIS與模糊AHP兩方法計算結果一致,點燈設備供應商績效排序為:M公司>J公司>E公司。構面之重要性順序與個案公司目前決策考量並無差異,而在績效排序的部分亦是給予肯定的認可,因此期望所歸納出之構面重要性與績效排序,可供給該產業評選點燈設備供應商,一項具體合理性的參考依據。
Nowadays, panel manufacturing has become one of the most competitive industries in the world. The competition has grown drastically as more companies enter the market with the support of their governments. To enhance competitiveness, high quality and low price are crucial for gaining market share. One way to achieve this goal is to acquire effective inspection equipment for panel manufacturing. The study develops a decision model for selecting a quality and suitable light-on tester for the case company’s TFT-LCD Cell manufacturing. Two procedures are proposed for the purchase decision. The first procedure combines analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). In this procedure, AHP is applied to determine the attributes’ weights which will then be used in the fuzzy TOPSIS. The second procedure adopts fuzzy AHP to make a purchasing decision. The two procedures are experimented on a company in Taiwan. The experimental results show that both AHP and fuzzy AHP achieve the same ranking of the four attributes: Quality capability > Technology > Price competitiveness > Assurance ability. For the supplier selection, the two procedures reach the same preferential ranking as well: M > J > E.
