本研究應用「分析層級程序法」(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)衡量供應商績效,並以薄膜液晶顯示器產業(Thin-Film-Transistor Liquid Crystal Display)之偏光片(Polarizer)供應商為研究對象。以其影響績效評估之因子,建立績效評估模型。建立此產業對其偏光片供應商有效正確之績效評估。 本研究結果建立 「5」大構面 為:「出貨品質的管理能力」、「成本競爭力」、「物流準確度」、「創新及研發技術能力」、「綠色產品的管理能力」等,及17項評估準則,適用此薄膜液晶顯示器產業「偏光片」供應商的績效評估。 此績效評估模型於本次研究中,實際應用於薄膜液晶顯示器A公司並得到預期之績效排序結果。提供偏光片供應商提昇競爭力的方向及薄膜液晶顯示器產業與偏光片供應商間的計畫參考。
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied in the research to evaluate the performance of polarizer suppliers in TFT-LCD industry. An effective model is established for the business practitioners to make correct evaluation of the polarizer suppliers. 5 dimensions are developed according to the research results: quality control of dispatched goods, cost competitiveness, logistics accuracy, R&D ability and green product management. And 17 items are proposed as indexes appropriate to be used for the evaluation of polarizer suppliers. The evaluation model is applied to be used in a TFT-LCD company and the sorting result is obtained as the expected order. It shows that the model can provide directions for polarizer suppliers to promote their competitiveness and be used as a reference for the TFT-LCD companies to choose their suppliers.
