本研究旨在瞭解台灣地區高中體育班學生對於升學管道的認知與未來職涯發展可能面臨的問題,並嘗試提出規劃未來台灣地區高中體育班之升學輔導及職涯發展策略方向,進而提出解決與改進之道;研究採質性研究方式進行人員深度訪談,訪談對象分別從四種不同升學管道中採立意抽樣及滾雪球方式,找尋高中就讀於台灣北、中、南、東四區,共十二名現就讀大二的高中體育班畢業生進行問項深度訪談,從中發現及歸納一些存在於現今體制與體育班學生感受上較實質層面的問題。由訪談結果顯示:高中體育班學生對於升學管道的相關概念並不熟悉;未來想從事的職業類別大部分與原本專長並無太大相關,利用學科管道升學的人想從事公職與教職人員較多;利用術科管道升學多數都想從事休閒相關產業;對於現行課程規劃,受訪者均認為學科授課內容較少,其中認為國文、英文需要加強為最多;相關升學輔導措施也待改善。根據研究發現歸納出結論與建議,以提供未來高中體育班學生升學及輔導方面的改進參考,使高中體育班的學生都能夠朝對自己最有利的目標方向前進,進而達到自我實現的需求。
This research aims to realize the student''s cognition about ways of college enrolment and problems which may face during their career development in the near future for the athletic class Students'' of high schools in Taiwan. I try to propose a designation which include the guidance of our college enrollment channels and give a tactic direction for their career development. Furthermore, I try to present a total solution for that mentioned above; I use the method of qualitative research by using in-depth interview with my samples. All of them were selected from four ways of college enrollment channels by using the ways of Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. According to this, I began to choose twelve students which are now studying in the colleges from northern, central, southern and eastern parts of Taiwan as my samples. Finally, from their expressions of how they really feel can I realized there were some practical problems among my samples and the system of athletic classes. According to my study, the students of athletic classes are not so much familiar with the college enrollment channels and their specialty of sports was quite irrelevant to the job they expected. For those who were enrolled in an academic-subject channel wish to have a public job or educational career. On the other hand, those who were enrolled in a skilled subject channel wish to join the leisure industry. As for the course-programming of the athletic classes , my samples think that the contents of the course are insufficient, especially for the course of Chinese and English were the most serious ones; The guidance and related methods of college enrollment channels need to be improved. We draw some conclusions based on my research and that can provide some improvements for the system of athletic classes on the guidance and assistance about college enrollment channels. We believe that these methods can lead them to the right direction from the beginning. In the long run, they can achieve the state of self-actualization!
