防治害蟲的方法有許多種,多以化學防治法為主,其中化學防治法又以化學農藥最廣為使用,但由於其容易產生使害蟲產生抗藥性,且其毒性對於環境有長遠影響並危害人體健康。 昆蟲性費洛蒙則有別於化學農藥,本身不具有任何的毒性,且對環境與人體不會造成負面的影響,並能選擇性控制農業害蟲;為綠色農業中重要的推手,因此,本實驗室針對一系列的昆蟲費洛蒙,進行其合成的探討與研究。 本論文針對台灣農業上重要蟲害的性費洛蒙中具有長鏈順式烯-醇類的化合物 1進行全合成研究,發展出具有量產及低價費洛蒙的合成製程,使蟲害可藉由此進行推廣,達成綠色農業目標
Reading a number of methods for the pest control, the chemical control agents are widely used. Among the most popular chemical control agents, the chemical insecticides are pervasively used. However, the use of the chemical insecticides May can use the pest insects to develop insectide resistance over a period of time. The toxic chemicals contained will have detrimental effects on the human health and lead to dire consequences to the environment. Insect sex pheromones are different from the chemical insecticides in toxic nature. Without containing any toxic chemicals, an meet pheromones will not have negative effects on the environment and human health. They can also selectively control the agricultural pest insects and facilitate the development of green agriculture. Accordingly, a series of syntheses and studies of pheromones are the main research focus in our laboratory. With regard to the most harmful pest insects in the agriculture in Taiwan, their sex pheromones are deserved special attention in their development. Therefore, this thesis mainly focuses on the studies of total synthesis of compound classifled as type of cis alkenyl-alcohol comprising the sex pheromones in those pest insects. We intend to develop a new Synthetic method which provides the features of good productivity and low costs, in the hope of promoting the concept of pest control and achieving the goal of green agriculture.
