公共自行車騎乘特性、服務便利性、騎乘滿意度之相關研究─以台北市微笑單車為例

摘要


本研究的主旨在於分析微笑單車不同騎乘特性、服務便利性對騎乘滿意程度的影響。本研究配合微笑單車滿一周年的活動,針對微笑單車長期、短期和暢遊卡會員進行問卷發放,共計發出600份問卷,但只獲得132份有效問卷,有效回收率22%。以敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得以下結論: 一、受訪的微笑單車騎乘者以早上6:00-8:59、下午17:00-19:59,晚間20:00~22:59為主要騎乘時段,每天騎乘次數以1-2次較多,每次騎乘時間約為11-15分鐘。主要借車和還車的場站有捷運市府站、捷運國父紀念館站、三張犁,以及臺北市災害應變中心等4個;以獨自一人騎乘微笑單車較多。由此可知,受訪者騎乘微笑單車的時間主要集中於上下班的尖峰時段,且以短程的交通接駁為主。 二、本研究結果顯示,服務便利性平均值為3.41,整體騎乘滿意度平均值為3.47,表示受訪者對於服務便利性、騎乘滿意度傾向於同意。 三、不同騎乘特性對騎乘滿意度未達顯著性的影響。 四、服務便利性對騎乘滿意度有部份的顯著性的影響,其中以「路線與場站」Beta係數最高(β=.387),「官網服務」Beta係數最低(β=.143)。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of YouBike different users’ characteristics, services convenience on the riding satisfaction. With the YouBike 1st anniversary activities, there were 600 questionnaires were distributed, but only 132 valid questionnaires were obtained. The valid response rate was 22%. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis were used to analyze. The major findings were as follows: 1.The respondents were used to ride the YouBike about 6: 00am-8: 59am, 17: 00pm-19: 59pm, and 20: 00pm-22: 59pm. The riding time was about 1 or 2 times a day and about 11-15 minutes each time. The most frequently used bicycle station were MRT Taipei City Hall, MRT Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station, Sanzhangli, and Emergency Operations Center of Taipei City. The respondents were used to ride the YouBike alone. Therefore, the peak time of the YouBike used was before and after the working hours, and the purpose of the YouBike riding was short-haul transport. 2.This results showed that the mean of service convenience and riding satisfaction was 3.41 and 3.47; that is, the respondents were tend to agree with service convenience and riding satisfaction of the YouBike. 3.There were no significant differences between different riding characteristics and riding satisfaction. 4.There were some significant differences between service convenience and riding satisfaction; “routes and stations” was the highest beta coefficient (β = .387), the next was “official website” (β = .143).
