幼教師實施生命教育歷程之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討幼教老師對生命教育的信念、實施幼兒生命教育課程之方式、實施困難與解決之道,以及幼教老師如何提昇自己在幼兒生命教育之專業能力,進而提供幼教師實施生命教育之參考。 本研究採質性研究法,以立意取樣之方式,選擇台中市一間已實施生命教育課程之幼稚園,擔任大班之任教老師作為研究對象,透過現場觀察、深入訪談及文件資料等多元方式蒐集研究資料,最後得到的結論為: 一、教師對幼兒生命教育之信念,影響自己的教學方向。 二、教師營造充滿愛的環境,並跟著孩子一起成長是實施生命教育之關鍵。 三、教師之特質是實施生命教育之關鍵。 四、在主題課程中,教師採用多元化且生活化之教學方式融入生命教育。 五、掌握機會教育亦能增強生命教育之成效。 六、家長對生命教育的不了解,以及家庭環境之因素,會影響教師實施生命教育之成效。 七、校內安排教師生命教育之研習課程,可以增進教師對生命教育之認知,並使得教師團隊凝聚力更強化。 八、教師不斷自我進修可以提昇生命教育之專業能力。 九、全園教師共同努力、相互交流協助,可提昇教師生命教育之專業能力。 最後根據本研究提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the kindergarten teachers’ faith, the ways they implemented, the difficulties they encountered and the solutions they found out, as well as the ways they improved their professional abilities as life education was integrated into the curriculum. This study used the qualitative research method and chose intently a kindergarten in Taichung City, which has been implementing life education. Data was collected through various methods, including on-site observation of 5-6yrs class teachers, in-depth interviews and various documents. The findings were concluded as the following: 1. The faith of teachers toward young children''s life education will impact their direction of teaching. 2. The key way to implement life education is for teachers to create an environment with love. 3. Teacher’s character is the key to the implementation of life education. 4. In thematic curriculum, teachers needed various teaching methods to integrate life education into it. 5. The ability to identify events and use them as opportunities for life education will also improve the effectiveness of the life education. 6. If parents do not understand life education then families will negatively affect the process and results of school life education. 7. Training about life education for teachers will enhance their knowledge and skills on life education and make the whole school more motivated. 8. Teachers will continue to expand upon their own knowledge about life education and this will in turn improve their professional skills. 9. Teachers who work together to help each other through exchanging experience and knowledge will enhance their professional skills in life education.
