The thesis aims to discuss the composition, the differentiation and the relationships of human capital. The study takes evidences from Chinese Professional Baseball League and will shed light on how the human capital gives impacts on teamwork performance. By anatomizing the performance on each baseball clubs from 1990 to 2014, the study obtains annual observation value of total 127 teams. It shows verification that the more human capital is gained, the more positive teamwork performance can be acquired. The high teamwork reciprocity manifests, the high performance can be achieved. When it comes to teamwork presentation, if a well versatile and flexible human dispatch is accomplished in a competitive environment, it can better performance remarkably. Sport teamwork leans highly on partnership reliabilities; as a result, the study provides practical analysis on management of human capital and functions as an academic reference for relative studies.
