隨著移動通信技術日新月異地發展,可穿戴式裝置已經成為移動裝置產業重要的趨勢。然而,本研究無法確認智慧型手錶是否能產生更多影響於潛在使用者之使用意圖。本研究基於科技接受模型與創新擴散理論,而此目的在於提出一個綜合模型去解釋潛在使用者對於智慧型手錶之使用意圖。本研究總發放為280份,回收問卷為280份,有效問卷262份,有效問卷回收率為93.57%。本研究乃是採用多元迴歸分析方法對研究架構進行路徑分析,最後得出具有研究價值之結果。 本研究將結果彙整歸納如下。首先,功能和視覺吸引力能透過知覺有用性與知覺易用性,對於潛在使用者之使用態度具有正向顯著關係。再來,知覺有用性、知覺易用性、相容性及可試用性皆透過使用態度,對於潛在使用者之使用意圖具有正向顯著關係。最後,使用態度對於潛在使用者之使用意圖具有正向顯著關係。 關鍵字:功能、視覺吸引力、科技接受模型、創新擴散理論、使用意圖
With the rapid development of mobile technology, the wearable devices have become an important trend in the mobile industry lately. However, we are not sure whether the smart watches can pull more usage intention from potential users. Based on technology acceptance model and the Innovation Diffusion Theory, this study’s purpose was to propose an integrated model to explore the potential users’ usage intention of the smart watches. A total of 280 questionnaires were sampled, a total of 262 responses were deemed usable for the analyses, a 93.57% usable response rate. The research framework was demonstrated by the path analysis of multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, functionality and visual attractiveness can make the significant and positive effects on potential users’ usage intention via perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward use. Next, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, compatibility, and trialability can also make the significant and positive effects on potential users’ usage intention via attitude toward use. Finally, potential users’ attitude toward use has the significant and positive effect on their usage intention.
