電腦使用者對雲端運算科技接受意願之研究
A Study on the Acceptance Intention of Cloud Computing Technology for Computer Users
摘要
雲端運算這個名詞已不斷出現在全世界的各大報章媒體上，是當今重要議題之一。本研究以科技接受模型為主要研究架構，再輔以Rogers 創新特質中的可試用、相容性及可觀察性為外部變數，並加入知覺風險構面加以探討使用者的行為意願。抽樣方法主要採問卷調查法，以結構方程式驗證研究假設。 研究結果發現，使用者未來對使用雲端運算科技意願保有接受態度；知覺有用性會直接正向影響行為意願，且是造成相容性、可試用性及知覺易用性影響行為意願之中介效果，可見知覺有用性是個重大的關鍵因素；此外，相容性除了直接正向影響知覺有用性亦會直接影響知覺易用性，代表著此因素也是影響行為意願的關鍵因素之一；研究結果提供給相關業者在管理上之參考與建議。

The term cloud computing has continually appeared in major newspapers and media around the world, it is one of today's important issues. In this study, technology acceptance model as the main research framework, supplemented by the Rogers innovation characteristics can try, Compatibility and observability of external variables, perceived risk dimensions and add the user's behavior will be explored. Sampling methods adopted questionnaire survey to verify the structural equation hypothesis. The results showed,users in the future use cloud computing technology to maintain acceptable attitude；The perceived usefulness has direct positive influence on the behavioral intention,and is caused by compatibility、trialability and perceived ease of use affect the behavioral intention of the intermediary results,visible to perceived usefulness is a major key factor；in addition,Compatibility In addition to direct positive influence on perceived usefulness will also direct positive perceived ease of use,represents this factor also one of key factors affect byaffect behavioral intention:The results provided to the relevant industry in the management and recommendations.
