本研究採用質性研究中的深度訪談法進行資料蒐集,並運用可根據訪談情境及受訪者談話脈絡而彈性調整的半結構式訪談大綱引導訪談之進行,依據敘事分析法,探討三位研究參與者的生涯轉換與韌力經驗。希望藉由研究中途致障照顧者的生涯轉換與韌力經驗,有助於更了解中途致障照顧者的處境與需求,可做為日後相關人員(如社工護理人員)提供服務時的參考,進而提供類似情況的照顧者更適切的幫助。 透過對三位研究參與者的訪談與分析,得出以下研究結論:一、生涯轉換:(一)生涯轉換有三階段,分別為:「打擊與幻滅」、「迷惘與困惑」、「了解與改變」;(二)照顧經驗能夠加速及促成生涯轉換;(三)社會大眾對性別刻板印象,影響男性在看護工作上的發展。二、韌力:(一)韌力有內在因素、因應策略、外在支持三個層面;(二)韌力需在刺激/條件下使能產生交互影響而作用;(三)刺激/條件如「適應改變」、「特殊性質」、「人際和諧」方面的問題。最後,依此結論提出實務工作之建議。
The study used in-depth interview of qualitative research to collecting information. Interview conducted with semi-structured interview outlines, can flexibly adjust according to the Interview situation and conversation context of respondents. In accordance with the narrative analysis, to explore three study participant's experience of Career Transition and Resilience. Hoping it can contribute to better understand Caregiver's situation and needs, by study Career Transition and Resilience of Caregivers of the People with Acquired Disabilities. It can be used as reference when the Related People (Such as social workers, nurses) providing services in the future, thereby providing more appropriate help of Caregivers of similar situations. Through three study participants for interviews and analysis, the following conclusions: First, the Career Transition: (a) Career Transition has three stages, namely: "Combating and Disillusionment", "Perplexed and Confused", "Understanding and Change"; (b) care experience to accelerate and facilitate Career Transition; (c) the general public on gender stereotypes affect the development of men in care work. Second, the Resilience: (A) resilience has three levels, there are internal factors, coping strategies, external support; (b) the resilience required under the stimulus / conditions to produce reciprocal influence and effect; (c) stimulation / conditions such as "adapt to change", "special nature", "interpersonal harmony" issues. Finally, base on the conclusions, make suggestions of substantive work.
