智能障礙者遭受性侵害事件對於家庭系統的影響

摘要


中文摘要 本研究目的透過智能障礙者遭受性侵害事件之後,探討性侵害事件對於智能障礙者的家庭系統所帶來的影響。本研究採取深入訪談法進行資料蒐集與分析。研究者先以透過家庭暴力及性侵害防治中心邀請到2位研究參與者;並以半結構式訪談大綱進行深度訪談。研究者依據受訪者在智能障礙孩子遭受性侵害之後的家庭故事,並進行性侵害事件對於家庭系統的影響之分析說明。 本研究發現智能障礙者遭受性侵害事件之後對於家庭系統會造成影響,共獲得以下結論: 一、 家屬如何得知孩子遭受性侵害事件: (一) 經通報或老師告知後家屬才得知。 (二) 受害者選擇傾訴的對象為學校老師。 二、性侵害事件對於家庭系統的影響: (一)照顧者與其他子女的結盟而形成三角關係。 (二)手足的親職化。 (三)外在系統促動家庭系統互動的改變。 (四)家庭互動和家庭界限的改變。 三、家庭在孩子遭受性侵害之後,可能的服務需求: (一)司法服務的需求。 (二)家庭照顧者的需求。 (三)性侵害受害者的需求。 最後,研究者根據上述研究結果與發現,分別提出對未來研究及實務工作上的反思及建議,並對研究限制提出說明。 關鍵字:智能障礙者、性侵害、家庭系統、服務需求

Abstract This study aimed to explore the impacts of sexual assaults of people with intellectual disability on the family system through the investigation of the sexual assaults happened to people with intellectual disability. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted by using a semi-structured interview outline with two participants who were invited by the author through the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention Center for data collection and further analysis. Based on the stories shared by the participants, the author further analyzed the impacts of sexual assaults of people with intellectual disability on the family system. The following conclusions were obtained after confirming the impacts of sexual assaults of people with intellectual disability on the family system: 1. The ways that the families learn that their children have been sexually assaulted: (1) The families learn the fact after being notified or told by the teachers. (2) Victims choose to tell their school teachers. 2. The impacts of sexual assaults on the family system: (1) The caregivers align with other children and further form a triangle a triangle. (2) Parentification of other children. (3) The external system compels the changes in family system interaction. (4) The changes in family interaction and family boundaries. 3. Families’ possible demands for services after their children being sexually assaulted: (1) Demand for judicial services. (2) Family caregivers’ demands. (3) Sexual assault victims’ demands. Finally, based on the research results and findings listed above, the author proposed reflection and suggestions for future research and practical work, and also provided the explanation for the research restrictions.
