探討十二年國民一貫教育之國民中學保險教育課程設計研究---以臺中市立福科國中為例

摘要


近年來,國人教育及生活水準提高,對於保險觀念日趨重視,相關產品逐漸被國人所接受。因此,金管會保險局與教育部亦陸續推動保險教育相關議題融入未來十二年國民基本教育課程中。 本研究以「公共意外責任保險」、「學生團體平安保險」、「強制汽機車責任保險」、「家庭壽產險管理」以具體與抽象保險名詞為題材,來設計保險教育的課程與教學,讓學生可以清楚保險教育的相關概念,由抽象到具體的概念的理解,學會財務規畫能力。 本研究以行動研究方法進行,研究對象為臺中市立福科國中九年級的學生,研究設計分為「試教前訪談檢測」、「試教過程」、「試教後訪談檢測」三階段的教學實施。 本研究結論為金融基礎教育採螺旋式教學架構,不同階段的教學內容有深淺之別。保險教育也為金融基礎教育的其中一環,透過本研究可發現從小學階段注重「觀念與習慣」的養成,透過國中及高中的進階「知識」與「能力」的養成。能讓莘莘學子可以充份瞭解保險教育中的權利與義務並具備生涯財務規劃能力。

In recent years, people’s life qualities and educational level are getting higher. So they are also much caring about insurance concept , and the related products are well accepted day by day. Thus, the Insurance Bureau and the Ministry of Education are promoting and outreaching insurance education topic into future 12-year public education program. The study is an action research, the study object to 9th grade students in Taichung Municipal Focus Junior High school. The study is a pretest-posttest design. The data is collected by interviewing with students and assessing their performance. The study take four insurances for example, such as Public Liability Insurance ;Student Group Insurance; Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance for Car and Motorcycle, and Family Life Property&Casualty Management. To use abstract and concrete glossary of terms to design the insurance education course, make student figure out the concepts of insurance education abstractly and concretely, and learn financial planning abilities. The conclusion is that basic financial education is a spiral text structure, the instruction of different graders should be differentiated by their age. The insurance education is a part of financial education. According to the study, we’ve found that learning the concepts and forming the habit should start from elementary school period, then to construct their knowledge and abilities in secondary school period. By this way, they can fully realize their rights and obligations and possess their self career financial planning abilities.
