台灣各製藥廠因健保藥價逐年調降、製造設備投入、人事薪資遞增、競爭藥廠增加等因素,必需增加健保藥品的銷售量。面對健保藥品銷售競爭日益劇烈的環境,想要客戶花錢採購藥品,必需要了解客戶購買藥品考量的因素。與中部藥廠多位資深業務人員訪談後,發現通路客戶採購藥品考量的主要因素有藥品單價、數量、和單據總金額等。本研究使用這些因素為項目,利用資料探勘技術中的模糊歸屬度函數找出客戶購買藥品規則,再以關聯法則分析探勘各客戶購買各項藥品與影響因素關聯規則表,幫助藥品銷售人員能藉此關聯規則表,找出有價值健保藥品組合,再推薦給客戶增加藥品銷售業績。最後再以中部某藥廠提供的客戶採購資料為範本,實際探勘出有價值健保藥品組合以嘉惠其藥品銷售業績。
Due to the factors of NHI drug price cut year after year, manufacturing equipment investment, personnel salary increment, and increased competition in the pharmaceutical, Taiwan's various pharmaceuticals need to increase the sales of health care medicines. Faced with an increasingly competitive environment of health care drug sales, we need to understand the considered factors of customer purchasing medicines if we want customer spending money to buy medicines. After interviewing with some senior business managers of pharmaceutical factories in the middle area of Taiwan, we found that the main factors of pathway customers to purchase medicines are drug price, quantity, and total amount of sales order. With these factors, this research uses fuzzy attribution function of data mining technique to identify rules of customer buying drugs. Then applying association rules analysis to mine the associated rules table of customer purchasing drugs and influence factors. This associated rules table can help drug salesperson to find out the combination of valuable healthcare drugs for recommending to customers to increase drug sales. Finally, with the customer purchase data of a pharmaceutical factory in the middle area of Taiwan as an example, we physically mine out some combinations of valuable healthcare drugs to promote the performance of drug sales.
