本研究著重於台灣中小型企業公司所受限於本身規模、資本、人力資源因素等受限因素,缺乏管理方式的改變,藉由企業資源規劃(enterprise resource planning; ERP)系統導入規範改善公司作業流程,避免人的想法及行為改變標準作業流程,進而提升公司內部作業效率。 企業資源規劃系統完整的功能,促進公司內部工作流程的改善,同時,部門之間的協調與溝通,企業e化建設是一個複雜的管理項目,不僅涉及軟體產品,同時需規範企業各部門的業務流程。e化應用效果不僅取決於軟體產品的品質,更重要的是對導入過程的控管,而最主要的ERP的實施和運作,都需要人來執行,人的素質的高低,心態,跨部門的合作,直接影響著ERP項目的興衰成敗。 本論文所探討企業內部直接系統操作人員的心態及理念進行分析探討,再經由過去文獻收集及整理,獲得企業導入ERP的成功關鍵因素。以問卷調查方式,導入ERP企業的操作人員對組織內部及顧問輔導的成功關鍵因素。
The present study focuses on small and medium enterprises with limited scale, capital, human resources and other factors which cause the lack of effective management methods. The above-mentioned enterprises can be improved through ERP system which introduces the standardized procedures to improve company procedures, to avoid people's thoughts and behavior to change standard operating processes so that the efficiency of the internal company procedures can be increased. The complete functions of ERP system(enterprise resource planning, ERP)contributes to the improvement of working procedures within the company; at the same time, it also simplifies the coordination and communication between different departments. To set up the E-management is a complex project. It is not only up to the quality of software itself; more important is the control during introducing the ERP system; in addition, the main implementation and operation of ERP system are performed by people, who directly affect the success or failure of ERP projects based on personal quality, attitude and the cooperation among various departments. This paper explored and analyzed the mentality and philosophy of the employees who perform the ERP system within the enterprise; it also presented the key factor that the enterprises introduced ERP system successfully through collecting and analyzing past documents. In this paper, questionnaire survey is used to understand the critical success factors how the enterprise employees introduce the ERP system within the company and how the consultants give the guidance。
