對於企業員工來說,學習是因為興趣、提升個人競爭力及工作績效等,由於現今網路科技的快速發展,學習不再局限於教室內的傳統學習,讓學習者有更高自由度的網路學習逐漸興起。有部分學者認為網路學習將有助於提升學習成效,但究竟有那些因素會影響網路學習成效眾說紛紜。因此本研究整理多篇學者研究推論出影響企業員工網路學習成效之關鍵因素,並且探討影響網路學習成效之關鍵因素與網路學習成效的關聯性。本研究以企業員工為研究對象,總計發出131份,有效回收率為78.63%,並採用SPSS統計軟體為統計分析工具,經過分析之後,其研究結果發現如下: 1. 影響網路學習成效之關鍵因素與網路學習成效具有顯著關聯。 2. 不同個人屬性對影響網路學習成效之關鍵因素具有部分顯著差異。 3. 不同個人屬性對網路學習成效不具有顯著差異。
For company employees, learning is out of personal interest and improving individual competitiveness and work performance. As a result of the rapid development of Internet technology, learning is no longer confined to the traditional learning that takes place in a classroom. Online learning, which gives learners more freedom, is gradually becoming popular. Some studies argue that online learning helps achieve better learning outcomes. However, there have been mixed opinions regarding the factors may affect the outcomes of online learning. After literature review, this study identified the key factors that affect company employees’ outcomes of online learning, and examined the correlation between key factors that affect the outcomes of online learning. The subjects were company employees. A total of 131 questionnaires were distributed, and the valid return rate was 78.63%. SPSS was used as an instrument for statistical analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. There is significant correlation between the key factors for the outcomes of online learning. 2. Different individual attributes make partially significant difference in the key factors that affect the outcomes of online learning 3. Different individual attributes make no significant difference in the outcomes of online learning.
