燃氣熱風槍燃燒設計研究

摘要


燃氣熱風槍在使用時會產生火焰不定向、不均溫、噪音過高等問題,造成包裝後收縮膜品質不穩定、燃氣的浪費、作業安全疑慮等。藉由電腦輔助工程技術的導入,完成測試樣品打樣並將打樣測試數據化,藉由數據化的分析逐步找尋適當的改善設計。 本研究藉由流體力學、瓦斯燃燒理論及電腦輔助工程,並制定測試方法、自製冶具及熱像儀等工具,藉由以大量測試本研究之燃氣熱風槍樣品獲得數據,回饋改善下次樣品以達到優於目前市售品之標準,最後量化市面上燃氣熱風槍與本研究之燃氣熱風槍數據並比較差異,獲得本研究之燃氣熱風槍之優勢。

並列摘要


The shrink-gun from the market has some problems while in operation, such as unstable flame, uneven temperature and noisy…etc, they may cause the package shrink bad, gas wastage and unsafe working environment. By using computer-aided engineering technology, to complete the sample and turn the testing result into numeric and analyze the data to find the appropriate improved design. This research is to use the fluid dynamics, gas combustion theory and computer-aided engineering and to identify the testing method, hand-made fixture and thermal imager tools, by testing lot to retrieve the data of operating hot air gun and improving the sample to be better than the product in the market. To compare the data between marketing shrink-gun and the new shrink-gun, to learn the advantage of this new shrink-gun.
