保險經紀人公司近年來在台灣發展急劇,表現亮眼。身處保險業競爭環境下,保險經紀人公司在選擇策略上將影響公司管理經營,經營績效亦有所差異。如何在競爭激烈的環境中提升業務單位的經營績效,將是保險經紀人公司之首要課題。 本研究之主要對象為中華民國保險經紀人商業同業公會之會員,以探討經營策略、任用策略對經營績效之間關連性。利用問卷調查進行資料蒐集,而後以SPSS進行實證研究分析。 研究實證結果發現,多元迴歸模式皆達顯著水準,其中因素前瞻型策略會正向影響經營績效,表示產品較同業為多,經常推陳出新,較先開發新產品或進入新市場,會使財務績效有正面提升之作用。反應型策略會正向影響人力資源績效,表示沒有固定產品或市場,既不維持其市場地位亦不想承擔高風險,經營重心通常只是因應環境壓力才作因應行動,會正提升人力資源績效。 希望透過本實證研究的結果,能進一步澄清學理上相關變數間的關係,更希望能產生具實務價值的建議,以幫助企業界善用其經營策略,任用策略,締造持久競爭優勢。
In recent years ,the insurance broker company develops fast and good in Taiwan. In the competitive environment, the choice of strategy will affect the company''s management, operating performance will vary. How to promote operating performance in the competition environment, will be the most important topic in insurance broker company. Object of research is the members of National Taiwan Association of Insurance Brokering Companies. Uses the questionnaire survey to measured operating strategy, appointment strategy and operating performance. And the study variable is analyed by SPSS. Research diagnosis result discovery, The multiple regression sample are all significant. And the factor Prospectors Strategy is front affecting operating performance. Expressed that the product are more than the same business. Promotes the new product frequently will promote the financial performance. And the factor Reactor Strategy is front affecting human resources performance. The expression does not have the fixed product or the market, does not maintain the market niche and does not want to undertake the high risk, the response is for the environment pressure, will promote the human resources performance. Hope by this result, Can define clearly between the variable relations and deliver the suggestion. Helps the business community to use manage strategy.
