非離子型界面活性劑在濃懸劑型配方殺菌劑之研究

摘要


本試驗選擇之原體:賓克隆 Pencycuron於業界中有粉劑DP(Dustable powder)、水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)、可濕性粉劑WP(Wettable powder)等三種劑型產品;待克利 Difenoconazole於業界中有乳劑 EC(Emulsifiable concentrate)、水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)、水分散性粒劑 WG(Water dispersible granules)等三種劑型產品。以對環境之友善度、現今施用之劑型,提升藥劑之效能及節省勞力等前提下,故測試以賓克隆 Pencycuron之殺菌劑原體製備水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)及待克利 Difenoconazole之殺菌劑原體製備微乳劑 ME(Micro- emulsion)及水基乳劑 EW(Emulsion, oil in water)兩種劑型後,分別測試以水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)與 微乳劑 ME(Micro- emulsion) 混合製備之濃懸劑型 SE(Suspo-Emulsion);以及水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)與水基乳劑 EW(Emulsion, oil in water)所混合製備之濃懸劑型 SE(Suspo-Emulsion)。 所製備之微乳劑 ME(Micro- emulsion)及水基乳劑 EW(Emulsion, oil in water)兩種劑型,測試以非離子型界面活性劑混配,並選擇適合之親水親油平衡值(hydrophilic-lipophilic balance,HLB)後,分別與水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)製備之濃懸劑型 SE(Suspo-Emulsion),以樣品之有效成分,在室溫及耐熱下之分解率;以及觀察樣品在室溫、耐熱及耐冷後之外觀變化,並以樣品之粒徑變化為安定性之指標,操作變因包括:界面活性劑及HLB值。 以水懸劑 SC(Suspension concentrate)與 微乳劑 ME(Micro- emulsion) 混合製備之濃懸劑型 SE(Suspo-Emulsion)之安定性分析結果,在54

In room temperature and heat-resisting under rate of dissociation and appearance. The operation changes including hydrophilic-lipophilic balance and surfactant.In SC(Suspension concentrate) with ME(Micro- emulsion) preparation SE(Suspo-Emulsion) rate of dissociation 2.16% and 1.62%,less than 5%. Result demonstration particle size analysis chart. SC(Suspension concentrate) with EW(Emulsion, oil in water) preparation SE(Suspo-Emulsion) the particle size is 27.795
