本研究主要探討銀行員工作價值觀、休閒參與對生活滿意度之影響,並以L銀行為研究對象,採配額抽樣方式選取研究樣本進行問卷調查,問卷共計發放420份,回收411份,有效問卷391份,研究結果如下: 一、 銀行員工作價值觀與休閒參與皆對生活滿意度呈現正向相關影響,其中工作價值觀的影響程度高於休閒參與。 二、 銀行員在工作價值觀方面,會因性別、年齡、工作年資、上班地點及個人每月收入等個人因素的不同而呈現顯著差異,其相關構面檢測結果以「人際關係」最受重視,「所得報酬」居於第二位,「社會地位」則為最低。 三、 銀行員在休閒參與方面,會因性別、年齡、婚姻、最高學歷、工作年資、上班地點及個人每月收入等個人因素的不同而呈現顯著差異,其相關構面檢測結果以「家庭型」之休閒方式參與程度最高,「娛樂型」居次,「宗教型」為最低。 四、 銀行員在生活滿意度方面,會因年齡、婚姻狀況、最高學歷、工作年資及個人每月收入等個人因素的不同而呈現顯著差異,其相關構面檢測結果以「家庭成員互動」為最高,「健康狀況」居次,「生活品質」為最低。 囿於銀行員具有長工時、高壓力與強調高服務品質、業績導向的工作特性,依據本研究結果提出建議如下:建議相關單位研擬彈性上班時間或輪班制,並鼓勵員工多參與運動型活動及銀行內部成立區域性社團以增進休閒參與意願,同時在員工教育訓練中加入生活健康的相關課程,以期提升個人身心健康、工作效益及生活滿意。

Confined banker with long hours and high stress and emphasis on high service quality, performance-oriented operating characteristics, based on the results of this study suggest the following: It is recommended the unit develop flexible working hours or shift system, and encourage employees to participate in sports Activities and the establishment of a regional association within the bank to increase leisure participation will also join the staff of life in health education and training related courses to enhance their physical and mental health, work efficiency and life satisfaction.
