社會工作督導功能與社會工作專業能力之相關研究 ─ 以住宿型身心障礙機構為例

A Research of Social Work Supervision Function & Social Work Professional Competence : In Tearms of Residential Care Institutions for the Disabled

摘要

本研究旨在探討住宿型身心障礙機構社會工作督導功能與社會工作專業能力的關係，以住宿型身心障礙社會工作人員為研究對象，寄出問卷240份，回收問卷158份，有效問卷154份，回收率64%，經由SPSS 10.0進行各項統計資料分析，並且採用描述性統計分析、t檢定、F檢定、相關分析與逐步迴歸分析，本研究也參考正式問卷統計分析結果，選取7名住宿型身心障礙機構的社會工作員、社會工作督導為焦點團體對象。本研究結果發現: (1)發揮行政性督導功能、增加家人認同程度，可以提升社會工作價值;(2)發揮教育性督導功能、增加組織支持，可以提升社會工作知識，並且改善社會工作技巧與專業能力;(3)支持性督導功能有助於專業知識、專業技巧的成長;(4)社會工作督導功能、組織支持可以提升社會工作技巧;(5)發揮主任的督導功能，則降低了發揮社會工作專業技巧;(6)個人信仰與社會工作價值有相關;(7)督導者對於社會工作的價值觀，能影響社會工作督導功能運作。本研究根據研究結果發現，針對機構督導者、身心障礙機構、社會工作專業團體、政府與後續研究等方面，提出研究建議。

This research examined in tearms of residential care institutions the disabled of social work supervision employ and its effect on the professional competence of social workers to stay oriented social workers with disabilities were subjects; 240 questionnaires were sent out;158 questionnaires were returned, of which 154 were valid, representing a recovery rate of 64%. This study was conducted using SPSS 10.0 statistical data analysis, and analysed using descriptive statistics, t test, F test, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. This study also refer to the formal statistical analysis of survey results, selecting accommodation type 7 disability sector social workers, and social work supervisors as the target groups. The results showed that: (1) If the supervisor supervises in such a way as to increase the level of family identity, this can enhance the value of social work; (2) If the supervisor supervises in such a way as to focus on the educational function of supervision, and provided increased organizational support, social work can enhance then knowledge and skills to improve social workers’ professional competence; (3) Supportive supervision enhances professional knowledge and professional skills development; (4) Social work supervision and organizational support can enhance social work skills; (5) Poor supervision results in lower social work skills; (6) Personal beliefs and values are inherent in social work; (7) A supervisor’s values can affect the functioning of social work . According to the results of this study, for the agency supervisor, disability organizations, social work professional bodies, government and the follow-up research in the field, make a proposal.
