資訊導覽系統應用對於遊客使用成效之研究-以明湖水漾會館之導覽系統為例

本研究旨在探討明湖水漾會館遊客在使用飯店內資訊導覽系統之知覺易用性與知覺有用性成效情形，以做為飯店規劃資訊導覽系統應用之參考。採自編之「資訊導覽系統使用之易用與知覺有用性使用成效問卷表」作為資料收集之工具，內容包含知覺易用性量表、知覺有用性量表、使用成效量表與基本資料共四部份。以立意取樣方式進行問卷調查，期間共發出問卷250 份，回收212 份，有效回收率為 85%。所得資料進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、因素分析、簡單迴歸分析後，結果如下：遊客在使用明湖水漾會館導覽系統時，對該系統的知覺易用性及知覺有用性都持高度肯定；遊客對飯店內導覽系統的知覺易用性與知覺有用性，不會因為個人的背景變項不同而產生差異；另外，在使用導覽系統時，愈覺得系統愈簡單易用，其有用程度就愈高，使用成效也愈顯著；當知覺易用性提高一個等級時，則可提高使用成效一個等級；當知覺有用性提高一個等級時，則約可提高使用成效一個等級。本結果可作為明湖水漾會館末來更新資訊導覽系統之參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a hotel information system (HIS) in terms of guests’ perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. A questionnaire entitled “Effects of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of an HIS” was developed based on the HIS at Young Lake Resort for collecting data. It consisted of four parts: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, effectiveness of use, and demographic information. Of 250 questionnaires sent to all target subjects, 212 were returned, giving a total return rate of 85%. The data were analyzed using descriptive data, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, and simple linear regression. For the majority of resort guests, the results indicated significantly high levels of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness for the HIS at Ming Lake Resort. No significant differences were found among participants with different demographic characteristics. In addition, the perceived usefulness and effectiveness of use were positively influenced by the perceived ease of use. Findings of this study could conduct as reference material for updating the information and guidance system of Young Lake Resort in the future.
