本研究的目的是以性費洛蒙誘引劑型來防治十字花科蔬菜類害蟲小菜蛾為主,並且利用Wittig 反應合成出小菜蛾、二化螟、瘤野螟性費洛蒙成份,經由氣相層析儀分析鑑定結構,順式異構物純度大於92%。同時利用田口品質法方式改變小菜蛾性費洛蒙配方劑量比例期望能找到最適化條件更進一步來提升誘蟲效果。小菜蛾田間試驗以固定比例(Z)-11-hexadecenol、(Z)-11-hexadecenal、(Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate (1:49.5:49.5)劑量濃度為1mg誘引效果最佳,反之濃度提高則偏向干擾劑型。另外在田間試驗採用田口法L9(34)直交表比例以小菜蛾性費洛蒙比例為研究,分別以(A)總劑量、 (B)(Z)-11-hexadecenol、(C)(Z)-11-hexadecenal、(D)(Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate等四種變因各取三水準。田間試驗結果得知以短效型劑量(A)1mg、(B)(C)(D)為1:54.5:49.5 是最適化條件,長效型劑量(A) 2mg、(B)(C)(D)為2:44.5:44.5是最適化條件。
The purpose of this study is based on sex pheromone effectiveness to control diamondback moth pests of cruciferous vegetable-based and synthesized using Wittig reaction Diamondback moth, Rice stem borer, Rice leaf folder sex pheromones components, via the gas phase chromatography analysis and identified, cis-isomer purity of greater than 92%. While taking advantage of Taguchi quality method to change the way of diamondback moth sex pheromone formulations expect to find the optimal dose ratio further to improve the conditions of moth effect. Field trials with a fixed ratio of diamondback moth (Z)-11-hexadecenol, (Z)-11-hexadecenal,(Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate (1:49.5:49.5) as the 1mg concentration which the best results, whereas the concentration increased tend to interfere with the dosage form. Also in field experiments using Taguchi method L9(34) orthogonal array in proportion to the ratio of diamondback moth sex pheromone, respectively (A) total dose,(B)(Z)-11-hexadecenol,(C)(Z)-11-hexadecenal,(D)(Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate and other four variations for each of three levels. Field test results that the short-acting doses of (A) 1mg, (B) (C) (D) is the optimum condition for the 1:54.5:49.5, long-acting doses of (A) 2mg, (B) (C) (D) is the optimal condition for the 2:44.5:44.5.
