近年來,由於全民休閒生活時代的啟動,希望藉由休閒運動來提升體適能與減輕壓力的動力強烈,加上埔里氣候宜人、鄉村田野風光處處可見,埔里綠線自行車道是一條匯集大自然、地方人文特色與鄉土風情的車道,不但可以從事休閒運動提升體能,還可以進行生態、寺廟之旅,更可體驗鄉村景緻與享受田野樂趣,是從事自行車休閒運動渾然天成的好處所。 本研究旨在探討於埔里自行車道從事休閒者的休閒動機、休閒體驗與休閒滿意度之關係,採用便利抽樣法,共發出400份問卷,取得有效問卷為386份,有效問卷率為96.5%,並以信度分析、描述性統計及獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析與多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行實證分析。 研究結果發現,到埔里自行車道綠色路線從事自行車休閒活動的民眾,是以埔里鎮地區教育程度為大學的軍公教民眾為主,且年紀在40~49歲之中年人參與比例較高。自行車騎乘者之不同背景變項在休閒動機、休閒體驗與休閒滿意度構面上,具有部分顯著差異。自行車休閒者之休閒體驗對於休閒滿意度呈現顯著正向影響關係,而自行車休閒者之休閒動機對休閒滿意度卻呈現負向影響關係。本研究結果建議未來發展應善用埔里自行車道的獨特特色來進行規劃與設計,並加強安全管制與設施設備維護,更可結合在地文化與民間社團舉辦活動,讓埔里自行車道符合大眾需求,以提升自行車騎乘者前來使用的意願。
In recent years, due to the trigger of the age of the recreational life for all people, the motivation of improving a person’s physical fitness and lessening his/her pressure via recreational exercise is strong. In addition, the pleasant weather and the ubiquitous suburban views in Puli, the Green-Line Bike Path in Puli is a lane merged with nature, regional humane characteristics, and local folkways of Puli. By riding on the Green-Line Bike Path, not only can one promote one’s physical fitness, he can also take a trip of the temples and enjoy the ecological environment of Puli. Moreover, he can also experience the views of the countryside and enjoy the field pleasure of Puli. It is indeed a wonderful path where one can take a biking and recreational exercise. The study aims to investigate the leisure motivation and the relationship between the leisure experiences and the leisure satisfaction of the bikers taking recreational exercises on Puli Cycling Paths. By adopting convenient sampling method, 400 questionnaires were distributed and 386 effective questionnaires were received. The effective questionnaire rate was 96.5%, and the analysis of reliability, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis were implemented. The study reveals that people taking biking exercises on Puli Green-Line Bike Path are mostly government employees and teachers with education background higher than bachelor’s degrees, and higher percentage of the subjects fall on those at age between 40-49. Some significance is found on the variables of the leisure motivation and leisure experiences respectively on the subjects’ leisure satisfaction. A significant relationship is found between the recreational bikers’ leisure experiences and the leisure satisfaction; whereas no significant relationship is found between the bikers’ recreational motivation and the satisfaction. In order that the Puli Bike Path should meet people’s requirements and increase recreational bikers’ wiliness to take recreational biking exercise on Puli Bike Path, the study suggests that, for future development, the unique characteristics of Puli Green-Line Bike Path should be considered in planning and designing, safety regulations and facility maintenances have to be reinforced, and activities of local culture and non-government associations can be combined.
