莫拉克風災造成臺灣中南部地區災情慘重,小林村慘遭滅村,多處河階地遭土石流或洪水破壞,而陳有蘭溪流域內亦有包括新山村、神木村等許多處河階地遭山崩及陳有蘭溪主流影響。 本研究旨在進行陳有蘭溪流域內河階地之危害度評估,主要針對研究區域內20個具保全對象之河階地進行分析。利用地理資訊系統(Geographic Information System, GIS),進行圖層套疊、萃取、分析及成果展出,藉由資料萃取分析河階地之最小比高、攻擊岸、平均坡度、河道距離、潛勢溪流影響數量、地質及斷層距離等參數,將影響河階地參數萃取完成,再利用群集分析(K-means)法進行分類,並依危險程度給予各因子評分,再將各因子加總所得分數進行河階地自然潛勢判定。 本研究將潛勢分為高潛感、中潛感及低潛感3類,另加入保全對象因子後,建立本研究危害度評估流程。研究判定之成果,高危害度河階地有6個、中危害度河階地9個及低危害度河階地5個,因此可以更清楚瞭解影響河階地之安全特性,並提供工程界參考。
Typhoon Morakot resulting damage was so severe in central and southern Taiwan, Siao Lin Village was brutally destroyed the village, many River terraces have been landslides or flood damage, and Chenyulan streams also include Shinshan village , Shenmu village, and many river terrace to landslide and Chenyulan mainstream impact. This study aims to establish the procedure of the risk assessment of river terraces which have security objects, Twenty river terraces were selected in Chenyulan River watershed as the study site. Seven parameters, including the scarp height of river terrace, the percentage of attacks on shore, the average slope, river distance, the number of potential debris flow, rock formation and fault distance, were extracted using GIS technology. river terrace will affect the parameters to complete the extraction,the use of cluster analysis (K-means) method to classify, the parameters have been assigned to various factor score. Besides, each parameter was classified into three categories. The sum of the factor scores derived from the natural potential of the river terraces present the nature hazard. After adding security object factor, the degree of risk evaluationprocess was established. In this study, 6 river terraces were classified as high degree of risk,9 and 5 river terraces were classified as middle degree and low degree of risk, respectively. The study results can provide better understanding for the impact of river terraces of thesecurity features, and provide engineering reference.
