應用科技接受模式探討護理人員數位學習之使用意願

摘要


台灣醫療繼續教育推廣協會於2009年開辦護理人員繼續教育資訊平台系統等多項醫事人員數位學習課程,提升醫療機構之醫療服務、品質及管理。護理人員的專業知識與進修攸關生命安全,嚴重誤判會危及生命。本研究探討醫院護理人員以數位學習使用動機、科技接受模式的此結構之間受到了認知型態影響,因此加以討論。科技接受模式分為主觀規範、知覺行為控制、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、態度以及使用意願等六個構面。本研究以結構方程模式探討數位學習使用動機,對護理人員主觀規範、知覺行為控制、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、態度、使用意願之影響。本研究以中部醫院護理人員為研究對象,共發放600份問卷後,扣除無效問卷,回收有效問卷502份,有效樣本回收率90.7%。統計方法包括:建構效度之驗證性因素分析,使用描述性統計分析以瞭解護理人員等背景變項之實際情況,並運用獨立t檢定、變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析瞭解其相關之影響因素,最後以結構方程模式分析構面之路徑關聯性,為了比較分組的結果,本研究採用聯合t檢定進行差異分析。 本研究結果建議如下: 1.研究對象上,無法充分代表台灣地區醫院之護理人員對本研究主題的看法,建議後續研究可以擴充研究區域。 2.研究方法以問卷調查法,無法確認醫院護理人員進一步的想法與感受。建議後續研究者可適度採用深入訪談等性質之研究。 3.以數位學習使用動機、科技接受模式為主要變項;認知型態為調節變項,建議未來研究學者可以加入其他變項,使後續學者可以加以討論,以使研究更趨完整充足。

Taiwan Medical Association for the Promotion of continuing education in nursing in 2009 to offer educational information platform and many other medical personnel-learning courses to upgrade the medical services, medical institutions, quality and management. Nursing expertise and training relevant to safety, a serious miscarriage of justice would be life-threatening. In this study, hospital nurses to use digital learning motivation, technology acceptance model of the structure of influence between the cognitive style has been so discussed. Technology Acceptance Model is divided into subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes, and willingness to use the six dimensions. In this study, structural equation modeling of digital learning to use the motivation of the nursing staff subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, willingness to use the effect. In this study, nurses in central hospital for the study, 600 questionnaires were distributed, after deduction invalid questionnaires, 502 valid questionnaires were effective sample recovery rate was 90.7%. Statistical methods include: construct validity of the confirmatory factor analysis, using descriptive statistical analysis to understand the nursing staff and other background variables of the actual situation, and the use of independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis to understand the factors related to , and finally to structural equation path model analysis dimensions of relevance, in order to compare group results, this study combined analysis of t-test for differences. The results of this study suggest the following: 1.Study, and had not fully representative of the Taiwan hospital nurses views on the subject of this study, the proposed follow-up studies can expand the study area. 2. To study ways to questionnaires, the hospital nursing staff can not confirm further thoughts and feelings. Recommend appropriate follow-up researchers can use in-depth interviews and other nature studies. 3. To learn how to use the network motivation, technology acceptance model as the main variables; cognitive style of adjustment variables, suggested that future researchers can add other variables, so that subsequent scholars can be discussed, in order to study more complete enough.
