國小教師保險教育融入班級經營教學之研究-以南投縣為例

摘要


理財教育最先需要的是保險,保險教育是理財金字塔三階段之中最底層的一環。因此保險教育是理財教育的一個重要環節,也是常被忽略的一個環節。保險知識與觀念的建立必須向下紮根,從小就要學習正確的保險觀念與知識,以利將來成長過程中遇到風險或危險時,能化險為夷。 因此教師善用班級經營有計畫、有組織的非正式課程,將保險相關知識選擇適切且多元的教材,透過班級經營的活動,與學生一同探討保險的態度、知識與觀念,而國小教師將保險教育融入班級經營教學之研究為本研究主要探討的議題。基於此,本研究的主要目的在探討國小教師將保險教育融入班級經營的意願與行為。研究方式採用問卷調查法,以南投縣國小教師為研究對象,回收有效問卷數257份,可用率為86%,獲得以下結論: 1.國小教師對於保險教育融入班級經營之意願頗高;2.男性教師在保險教育基本認知程度高於女性教師;3.男性對於保險相關知識教材取得便利性的認知程度高於女性教師;4. 學校班級數在13~24班之國小教師對於保險教育有用性的認知程度高於49班上;5.學校班級數在12班以下之國小教師將保險教育融入班級經營之意願比班級數25~49班高;6.在保險教育基本認知、保險教育有用性方面,一般地區教師的認知程度高於都會區;7. 保險教育融入班級經營意願方面,一般地區教師的意願程度高於都會區;8.教師保險教育基本認知程度愈高,愈有將保險教育融入班級經營之意願,更進一步的將保險教育融入班級經營。

The primary of education is the concept of insurance. Among the three stages of finance, insurance education is the basic one. Thus, insurance education is a key element to finance, but easily be ignored at the same time. Therefore, in order to solve problems when facing difficulties, we should establish the right knowledge toward insurance when we are young. Teachers make good use of class management to plan a casual (unofficial) course by multi-materials. Through class activities, the whole class discusses the attitude, knowledge and concept of insurance. The main issue of current study is to discuss elementary teachers include insurance knowledge into their teachings. Our purpose is to find out the willingness and behaviors of teachers putting insurance ideas in the course. The participants are elementary teachers of Nantou. We collected 257 valid questionnaires, which made the rate to 86%. We come up with the conclusion as following: 1.Elementary teachers are willing to include insurance education to class management; 2.Male teachers have more knowledge on insurance education than female; 3.Male teachers know more about where to obtain insurance knowledge than females; 4.Teachers in the schools which have 13 to 24 classes have better concept on insurance education than those of 49 classes; 5.teachers in the schools which have under 12 classes are more willing to includ insurance education to class management than those of 25 to 49 classes; 6.As for the basic concept and usefulness of insurance education, local teachers have better concept than urban teachers; 7.Considering about the willingness to put insurance education in class management, local teachers are more willing to do so than the urban teachers; 8.The more basic concept of insurance education the teachers have, the more they are willing to put insurance education into class management.
