摘 要 本研究擬透過企業倫理價值的觀點探討國內金融產業員工的角色衝突、角色明確、工作耗竭與工作滿意度之關聯。 因此,本研究採取文獻整理、問卷調查為研究方法,歸納分析在金融從業人員中該如何培養及提升企業倫理價值,協助金融產業公司如何降低角色衝突與工作耗竭,使角色明確並增加工作滿意度,進而提升金融產業營運績效。實證分析主要以SPSS 18.0 套裝軟體作為統計分析工具,運用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、變異數分析與迴歸分析等多變量分析方法。主要研究結果分述如下: (一) 企業倫理價值對於角色衝突的影響。 (二) 企業倫理價值對於角色明確的影響。 (三) 企業倫理價值、角色衝突、角色明確對於工作耗竭的影響。 (四) 企業倫理價值、角色衝突、角色明確、工作耗竭對於工作滿意度的影響。 關鍵字:企業倫理價值、角色衝突、角色混淆、工作耗竭、工作滿意度
Abstract This study was the view of the ethical climate through the domestic financial industry the distinction between role conflict, role clarity, burnout and job satisfaction of the association. Therefore, this study, literature review, questionnaire survey research methods, inductive analysis of staff development in financial the ethical climate of upgrading and to training the case to assist the financial company, how to reduce role conflict and burnout ,whereas enhance employee role clarity and job satisfaction, thus enhance the financial industry company operating performance. Analysis mainly SPSS 18.0 software package for statistical analysis tool, using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis, multivariate analysis methods. The main results are as follows: First, financial industry ethical climate have affected for role conflict; Second financial industry ethical climate have affected for role clarity; Third financial industry ethical climate、role conflict and role clarity have affected for burnout; Fourth financial industry ethical climate、role conflict、role clarity and burnout have affected for job satisfaction. keywords:ethical climate、role conflict、role clarity、burnout、job satisfaction
