保險從業人員對碳權交易制度之接受度調查研究

摘要

本研究以保險從業人員為例，使用問卷調查保險從業人員在投資型保單中投資綠能基金是否可能與碳權交易制度有直接或是間接關係為主的調查研究。

根據問卷調查與分析結果，以性別為調查研究發現，女性在「環保與生活」這個參數的顯著性較男性來得好。以婚姻狀況為調查研究發現，已婚人對於政府在「再生能源開發」比未婚人士認同度高。以年齡層為調查研究發現，「30-40歲」對「節能減碳」、「環保與生活」、「能源稅徵收」這三個參數認同度較高。以教育程度為調查研究發現，以「專科」這個學歷在「環保與生活」這個參數的顯著性較好，以「使用車輛」為調查研究顯示在使用「1600cc以下」為交通工具以「節能減碳」、「環保與生活」、「再生能源開發」這三個參數的認同度與接受度比較好；而「能源稅徵收」部分，則是使用「2400cc」以上交通工具的的認同度與接受度比較高。

另外，在調查也發現平常使用電子媒體關心環保化議題者有50%，對公司因環境保護所採行節能減碳策略以及對於政府對於耗能企業課徵碳稅等使用者付費行為，都呈現出保險從業人員對於全球暖化到碳權交易制度相關議題的關心，但是否因此就能解決全球暖化，則呈現出中立看法。
