近年來企業倫理思想日益受到重視,而對於外在環境競爭激烈的金融業更是如此,如此高度競爭的金融市場裡,金融弊案層出不窮,不僅影響客戶的信心更影響員工對於公司的信心及工作士氣,這讓我們從中探討企業倫理價值是否影響員工對組織的認同感而導致員工組織承諾與工作滿意度的高低。 本研究主要探討企業倫理價值對於領導者與部屬交換關係、組織認同、組織承諾與工作滿意度的影響。本研究以金融從業人員為研究對象,共發出800份問卷,回收有效問卷為644份,以信度分析、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法來檢定研究假設。 研究結果顯示: 一、 企業倫理價值對於領導者與部屬交換關係有顯著正向影響。 二、 企業倫理價值與領導者與部屬交換關係對於組織認同有顯著正向影響。 三、 企業倫理價值、領導者與部屬交換關係與組織認同對於工作滿意度無顯著正向影響。 四、 企業倫理價值、領導者與部屬交換關係與組織認同對於組織承諾無顯著正向影響。
Ethical Climate though in recent years more and more attention, especially for the external environment, intense competition in the financial industry, such a highly competitive financial markets, the financial scandal after another, not only affects customer’s confidence but also affect the employees for the company’s confidence and work morale, this allows us to investigate whether the ethical climate affect the employee to the organization’s identity and the level of employee organization commitment and job satisfaction. This study investigates the impacts of ethical climate on leader-member exchange, organizational identification, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study , the employee of financial company as sample, gave out 800 copies of questionnaire and recovered 644 effective, with reliability analysis, independent samplet test, one-way anova and regression analysis. we can conclude as follows: 1. Ethical climate have a significant positive effect on leader member exchange. 2. Ethical climate and leader member exchange have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. 3. Ethical climate, leader member exchange and organizational identification have no significant positive effect on organizational commitment. 4. Ethical climate, leader member exchange and organizational identification have no significant positive effect on job satisfaction.
