資訊科技創新是企業提升營運績效獲取競爭優勢的重要利器,近年來企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,以下簡稱ERP)幾乎已成為企業資訊化及整合的代名詞,在企業流程環環相扣之下,如何將資訊系統與企業流程有效整合並提昇組織績效,已成為現今非常重要之議題,本研究針對兩家企業之高階主管進行深度訪談,探討企業導入ERP後,在系統整合、資料整合、流程整合、制度整合及文化整合程度上,對系統績效及策略性績效之影響。資料分析的結果發現:(1)整體而言,ERP系統與企業整合程度越高,「系統績效」越佳。其中,系統績效之「準確度」與資料整合、流程整合、制度整合及文化整合具關聯性;「使用率」與流程整合與文化整合具關聯性;「降低成本」與系統整合、資料整合、流程整合具關聯性;「滿意度」與資料整合、流程整合具關聯性。(2) ERP系統與企業之整合程度,不會影響「策略性績效」中的「競爭優勢」與「經營績效」。本研究依據上述結論,討論其管理蘊涵,並針對企業導入資訊系統之關鍵議題提供有效之建議。
Information technology (IT) innovation is an important tool for enterprises to improve operational performance to gain a competitive advantage. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has almost become synonymous with enterprise information and integration in recent years. Under the closely linked and inseparable of business process, how to effective integration of information systems and business process to gain the organizational performance, has become an important issue for each enterprise today. This study through in-depth personal interviews with the executives of two companies to investigate the influence of system performance and strategic performance by the degree of system integration, data integration, process integration, institution integration and culture integration after the enterprise implementation of ERP system. The data analysis of this study showed that: (1) As a whole, the higher integration of the ERP system and business progress, the more system performance. Among them, the “accuracy” of system performance has the relationship between data integration, process integration, institution integration and cultural integration. “Usage rate” has the relationship between process integration and cultural integration. "Cost reduction" has the relationship between systems integration, data integration and process integration. "Satisfaction" has the relationship between data integration and process integration.(2)The degree of integration of the ERP system with enterprise will not affect the competitive advantage and business performance of strategic performance. Based on the above findings, the management implications are discussed and effective recommendations to enterprises are provided.
