費洛蒙科普教材應用研究

摘要


農藥的濫用造成生態失衡及影響健康,利用費洛蒙來防治蟲害,除不具毒性、不破壞生態環境、不影響人體健康且效果極佳,因此希望相關概念能從小紮根。本研究旨在透過費洛蒙科普教材的課程設計及教學,了解教學前國小中高年級學生的生物防治知識、對有機農業的態度及其影響因素,包括學生個人背景、有機農作消費頻率、接觸有機耕作方式頻率、訊息來源等,以及教學介入後,各方面的差異情形。本研究以國小中高年級學生,共一百四十九位為樣本,先進行前測問卷調查,課程教學後再做後測問卷調查。研究結果發現:學生的生物防治知識略顯不足,訊息主要來源為父母、電視、報章雜誌,學生對有機農業的態度為正向積極。接觸有機耕作方式經驗與有機農作消費經驗、生物防治知識及對有機農業的態度間呈顯著正相關。父親學歷、有機農業訊息來源為其他及有機農作消費經驗等三個變項,對於學生對有機農業的態度最具顯著的預測力,共可預測學生對有機農業的態度總變異量的18.5%。教學實驗介入能顯著提升學生的生物防治知識及對有機農業的態度後測得分,介入效果顯著。研究者建議學校可於彈性課程規劃實施相關的有機農業教育教學活動,提升學童對有機農業的認知、態度及行為。

The abuse of chemical insecticides has disturbed the ecological balance, and affected the human health. Besides the method’s effectiveness, the use of pheromone for insect control purpose has the benefits of being nontoxic, ecologically neutral and nonhazardous to human health. Therefore, it is hoped that such concept can be rooted in people’s minds since childhood. The aim of this research is, through teaching and designing pheromone related fundamental scientific courses, to establish a background understanding of each student of senior years of elemental school about his/her awareness of biological control, attitude towards organic agriculture and its affecting factors. These include the information about each individual’s family background, frequencies of consuming of organic produces, frequencies of contacts with organic farming, sources of information, as well as the differences before and after such teaching involved in the class. The investigation was based on questionnaire survey over 149 senior elemental school students. The surveys were conducted before and after related teaching. The results showed that the students’ awareness of biological control was insufficient, the major sources of information were parents, TV, magazine and newspapers. The survey showed that the students’ attitude towards organic farming was enthusiastically positive. The students’ contacts and experiences with organic farming were found to be positively correlated to their awareness of biological control and attitude towards organic farming. The three variables: parents’ educational status, source of information other than above, and experience with consuming organic produces, provided significant predictability of 18.5%, Class involvement of pheromone related teaching demonstrated to significantly promote the students’ awareness of biological control and their attitude towards organic farming. The results of this research suggests that the school, in order to promote the students’ awareness, behavior and attitude toward organic farming, may design flexible related courses as well as organic farming education activities.
