臺灣各地民宿業者,由於結合當地人文、自然景觀、生態等,迅速蓬勃發展。近年來,民宿業者面對天氣異常之變化所能承擔的風險較小;面臨的風險則有颱風、土石流及地震等。如何降低民宿業者的天氣帶來的風險是一件很重要的課題。故此本研究想要了解民宿業者本身的風險偏好、與對天氣保險的認知程度,並了解是否會影響購買天氣保險的意願,以減少民宿業者的巨額成本損失。 本研究以臺灣北部、中部、南部以及花東地區為對象,共計發出問卷200份,施測回收有效問卷135份,經獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析以及結構方程模式等統計分析,獲致如下研究結果: 一、風險偏好、認知程度與購買意願會隨著個人屬性而有顯著性的差異。 二、風險偏好與認知程度對購買意願間相關性。 三、風險偏好、認知程度對購買意願的影響。
Taiwan around the guesthouse owners, local cultural and natural landscape, ecological, rapid and successful development. In recent years, the guesthouse owners to face the changes of weather anomalies can afford less risk; facing the risk of typhoons, landslides and earthquakes. How to reduce the risks of guesthouse owners weather is a very important issue. Therefore, this study wanted to understand the risk appetite of the guesthouse owners, and the awareness level of weather insurance and to understand whether it will affect the willingness to buy weather insurance to reduce the massive cost of the loss of the guesthouse owners. The sample of this research is survey conducted from the Northern, Central, Southern, and the Hualien-Taitung area in Taiwan. 135 copies completed and returned from 200 questionnaires in total sent out. Through differential analysis, independent samples T test, single factor ANOVA analysis, related analysis and structural equation mode, the empirical findings of the present study are as the following: 1.Risk preferences, Cognition and Purchase Intention as the personal property and a significant difference Different. 2.Risk preferences and Cognition related to Purchase Intention. 3.Risk preferences, the Cognition on Purchase Intention.
