電子履歷系統之設計與實現

摘要


現今實行商品履歷制度已成必然的發展趨勢,讓消費者可以追溯與追蹤商品產銷歷程的詳細資訊,解決商品資訊不對稱之問題,保障消費者安心購買品質穩定的商品。商品履歷系統可降低商品資訊不透明問題,提升消費者對商品的信賴度;提供供應商商品自動化追蹤,整合上下游廠商資訊,改善生產作業流程,降低生產成本,以提升商品的品質;協助管理稽核單位控管商品履歷資訊,管制商品終極回收及銷毀,統計與分析執行成效。 本研究旨在設計一套「電子履歷系統」,依商品生命週期的不同階段,可衍生出7個子系統:1.商品主檔履歷子系統、2.物流履歷子系統、3.銷售履歷子系統、4.消費者查詢子系統、5.商品保修履歷子系統、6.廢物品回收履歷子系統、7.商品履歷管控子系統。系統結合RFID技術作為商品與其主要零件之識別,讓商品可於各階段的移轉作業中自動化辨識,並記錄商品的生產、物流、銷售、維修、回收等各項歷程資訊,提供各階段參與人員或廠商蒐集、分析、查詢。本研究將以電子履歷系統為中心,建置一個以廢電子電器物品回收的「廢物品回收履歷子系統」,實現廢物品回收作業電子化操作,管理廢物品與其主要零件的回收資料及回收業者間的移轉驗證、記錄,協助管理稽核單位追蹤廢物品與其主要零件之流向,避免廢物品回收過程受到不法的拆解與變賣之情形,讓廢物品確實進行回收銷毀再利用。 因為物品大多屬於整批交易,整批物品與其主要零件之標籤為數既多且密集,此時讀取器進行物品辨識時,亦會發生嚴重的訊號碰撞問題,本研究提出一套RFID輪詢式辨識技術,解決RFID訊號碰撞問題,作為建置自動化「電子履歷系統」之基礎。

Today the implementation of commodity traceability system has become an inevitable trend of development, so that consumers can be traced back and tracking the history of commodity production and marketing information. Solve the problem of information asymmetry of commodity to protect consumer’s peace of mind to buy quality commodity. Commodity traceability system can reduce the problem of commodity information opaque, consumers to enhance the reliability of commodity. Provide suppliers automation commodity tracking, integrate upstream and downstream vendors information. Processes to improve commodity, reduce production costs in order to enhance the quality of commodity. Help the management unit to control commodity traceability information. Control Commodity ultimate recovery and destruction, statistics and Analysis of the implementation of the results. This study was designed with an electronic traceability system. Different stages of the life cycle of commodity that can be derived from the seven sub-systems: master of commodity traceability subsystem, logistics traceability subsystem, sales traceability subsystem, consumer query subsystem, commodity repair traceability subsystem, wastes recycle traceability subsystem, commodity traceability control subsystem. System combined with the penetrating power of RFID as a commodity and main parts identification. So that commodity can be automatically identified in every stages of migration. All detail information of commodity will be recorded from stages, manufacturing, logistics, sales, maintenance, recycling to destruction. The system will provide the personnel or vendors involved in every stage to collect, analyze, query the commodity information. And electronic traceability system as the center, build a traceability subsystem to recycle waste electrical and electronic waste recycle. Wastes recycle operating electronic operation. The Management waste commodity and parts recycling information, the transfer of the recycling industry validation. The management audit unit to track the flow of waste commodity and parts. Avoid waste recycle process by dismantling and sale of illegal situations. Indeed recovery of destruction and reuse of waste items. However, the commodity transfers, mostly the entire batch of transactions. The number of RFID tags of the entire batch of commodity and major parts is more intensive. The reader reads the commodity identification serious collision. This study will propose a RFID polling identification technology to solve the collision problem. It will be the foundation of our electronic traceability system.
