營造廠商導入BIM組織策略影響因素之研究

近年BIM技術發展與應用，在營建產業已形成一股不可忽視的趨勢，BIM技術已成為同業競爭力的基本門檻。無論學界或業界也逐步跟進與導入，國內政府工程主管機關亦已開始著手推動與試行，甚至大型營造廠商均已陸續導入BIM技術，然而在導入過程中仍有諸多困難，除了技術本身的問題外，於面對新技術導入所產生的組織變化，亦進而影響組織策略的訂定，為使BIM達成其預期效益，此為營造廠商欲提升組織效益所需突破的關鍵課題。因此本研究目的旨於探討國內營造廠商近年來導入BIM技術後，首要面臨組織策略改變所需考慮的影響因素，找出其因素之間相互影響的關係。本研究以提出「營造廠商導入BIM組織策略的影響因素架構」為主軸。由文獻回顧找出影響企業組織策略的因素，形成「營造廠商組織策略的影響因素架構」；再以其架構為基礎，利用質性研究將理論基礎轉化成「營造廠商導入BIM組織策略的影響因素架構」，並透過專家訪談確立此架構其影響因素存在；依據「營造廠商導入BIM組織策略的影響因素架構」，找出五種主要影響因素的類型，包括外部環境、經營者的認知與態度、BIM相關功能與職責分工、BIM相關作業管理與資源配置等，並藉由專家訪談驗證其各變項之間的關聯性；最後提出「營造廠商導入BIM組織策略的影響因素架構」，作為輔助營造廠商於導入BIM技術時，對於擬訂組織策略其影響因素的參考，期能透過此核心因素建立合宜的組織策略，以精進企業管理模式的進行。

The BIM technique development and application had became cannot ignorable overwhelming in construction industry in recent years. The BIM technique has became basic threshold among competitors. No matter academics or construction filed have started to implement BIM step by step. Government construction authorities also proceed to promote and test, even many of large scale contractors have implemented BIM gradually. However, during the implementation, there are plenty of difficulties; not only BIM technique itself, but also the affection to the organization after new technique implementation which further impacted to the organizational perspective. In order to reach the anticipated benefits of BIM, the aforementioned issues are the critical study for contractors to improve organizational effectiveness. Thus, the purpose of this study is to discuss about Local contractor after implement BIM, firstly has to face to the influencing factors which need to be considered after organization perspective change, and finding the co-relationship among influencing factors. This study is in accord with “Structure of Influencing Factors to Contractors’ Organizational Perspective on BIM Implementation” to propose influencing factor. From literature review to identify the influencing factors to enterprise organizational perspective, base on these factors to create “Structure of Influencing Factors to Contractors’ Organizational Perspective”. Furthermore, base on the aforementioned structure, this study will take qualitative research to convert the theory into “Structure of Influencing Factors to Contractors’ Organizational Perspective on BIM Implementation”. Moreover, by expert interview to establish the existence of the influencing factors in the structure. According to the “Structure of Influencing Factors to Contractors’ Organizational Perspective on BIM Implementation” to identify 5 main categories of influencing factors, which including external environment, entrepreneur’s cognition and attitude, BIM related function and work break down, BIM related activities management and resource allocation etc…. In addition, by expert interview to verify the co-relationships with each factor. Finally, proposing the “Structure of Influencing Factors to Contractors’ Organizational Perspective on BIM implementation” to assist contractors BIM implementation, taking influencing factors as references for organizational perspective establishment. Hoping through these core factors to establish feasible organizational perspective to improve the enterprise management.
