遊客旅遊動機、滿意度對重遊意願之研究-以台中國家歌劇院為例

摘要


本研究以現代化建築為主題,探討台中國家歌劇院遊客旅遊動機、滿意度對重遊意願之間的相互關係,同時分析不同背景特性變項遊客對旅遊動機、滿意度與重遊意願之差異情形,並對提升台中國家歌劇院滿意度及重遊意願提出建議。研究採問卷調查方式進行,針對參訪之遊客進行調查,發放問卷450份,回收有效樣本409份。 研究結果發現:台中國家歌劇院遊客性別上主要以女性居多;年齡多為21~30歲;婚姻狀況多為未婚;教育程度則以專科、大學程度者最多;職業以工、商、服務業居多;每月收入以20,001~40,000元者佔多數;居住地區以中部地區(台中、南投、彰化、雲林)佔大多數;受訪者對於旅遊動機、滿意度及重遊意願的看法均呈現中上程度;旅遊動機對於重遊意願有顯著正向影響關係;滿意度對於重遊意願有顯著正向影響關係;人口統計變數不同對於旅遊動機部分有顯著差異;人口統計變數不同對於滿意度部分有顯著差異;人口統計變數不同對於重遊意願無顯著差異。 研究建議: 旅遊動機的提升、滿意度的精進、重遊意願的擴大。

Subject of the modern architecture, this research is to exploring the relations of tourism motivation and satisfaction for revisit to National Taichung Theater. Further study the revisit intention caused by the tourism motivation and satisfaction from variable type of tourist. To provide suggestion to National Taichung Theater of improving tourist’s satisfaction and revisit intention. The research was analysis base on the collected 409 valid samples out of issued 450 questionnaires. The result shows the majority visitor with character below: Gender Female. Age between 21 to 30 years old. Education level of institute and University. Occupation are industry, commerce and service field. Monthly income range at NTD 20,001 to 40,000.Residence of central area of Taiwan (Taichung, Nantou, Changhua and Yunlin) Respondents mostly agree to the relations of tourism motivation and satisfaction to the revisit intention. Per Respondent’s preference, tourism motivation in order are experiencing, self-enrichment, relaxing, social relationship. Satisfaction in order are service people, facilities, product to sell, Dining. Tourism motivation is significant positive relation to the revisit intention. Satisfaction is significant positive relation to the revisit intention. Changes in demographic statistics have significant differences in the tourism motivation. Changes in demographic statistics have significant differences in satisfaction. Changes in demographic statistics have significant differences in revisit intention. The research suggestions: Increasing of tourism motivation, improvement of satisfaction, promoting revisit intention.
