應用多評準決策分析法探討民眾選購行動輔具之關鍵-以輪椅及拐杖為例

摘要


高齡化是全球共同趨勢,意指是將有更多面對慢性病及功能障礙(衛生福利部社會及家庭署,2016),相對的更多人有照顧的需求。當家人扮演著照顧者的角色,隨著時間的累積,將承受心理壓力及經濟負擔。因此在相關研究也指出,失能者尚有意識且還具有行動能力時,運用尚存的自主能力去使用輔具輔助日常生活的運作,可增進失能者功能獨立性並減少照顧負擔(李琪瑞,2004)。 輔具如果能夠合適的解決失能者的障礙,協助獨自地在日常生活中運行,便可降低家人的壓力也能減輕其負擔,可見對其有一定的需求性。因此,藉以文獻回顧,將彙整民眾選購行動輔具(輪椅類及拐杖類)之因素。採用修正式德爾菲法及決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL),透過研究方法計算探討其購買決策評估因素間之因果關係與重要性。 研究結果發現,民眾選購行動輔具關鍵考量以D1願意承擔價格面向為影響民眾選購行動輔具的最主要關鍵,而民眾後續考量依序D4服務面向、D3實用性面向最後是D2美感面向。並發現各面向依序值得投入心力改善因素為A3知名程度、B5樣式設計、C2容易調整及D2維修服務。 本研究結果了解民眾選購行動輔具所考量關鍵。以推測未來產品設計及行銷重點能以上述因素為重點調整,俾以爭取更多民眾使用,創造更大的商機。

The world’s population is ageing. Means more people facing chronic diseases and dysfunction (SFAA, 2016). Relatively more people have care needs. And the family plays the role of a caregiver, it will bear more psychological pressure and financial burden as time goes by. Therefore, in relevant research when the disabled person is still conscious and has the ability to act. Can use the surviving autonomy and assistive device to assist the daily life. Improve the disabled functionality independence and reduce the burden of care (Lee, 2004). If assistive device can solve the obstacles of the disabled. If the auxiliary device can properly solve the obstacles of the disabled, Assisting in the disabled own life, also their family can reduce stress and burden. It can be seen that it has certain needs. Therefore, using the relevant literature review, we will comprehensively collect the factors for the purchase of mobility assistive device(wheelchairs and crutches). The purpose of this study is to use Modified Delphi Method and Decision-MAking Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL) construct the dimensions and criteria to masses in Mobility Assistive Device. The results of this study provided 4 dimensions and 18 criteria. The results indicated that the key to the masses in the Mobility Assistive Device as follow: D1 Willing to bear the price amd considered sequentially D4 Service, D3 racticality and D2 beauty. The study also found in 4 dimensions when the masses buy mobility assistive device focused on A3 visibility, B5 style design, C2 easy adjustment and D2 maintenance service. The results of this study can be used to buy mobility assistive device, and understand what they want. Product design and marketing focus can be adjusted based on research results, so more people will use and create greater business opportunities.
