藝術經常被當成是組織創新的觸媒,透過藝術家進入組織或企業,藉以進行空間再造或新產品開發,過程被稱為藝術介入。藝術介入經常是因為藝術家或企業在資源缺乏下,透過彼此的合作或資源交換以解決面臨的困境。此外,過去研究鮮少述及藝術家在藝術介入的角色、以及其背景對啟動藝術介入所能帶來的影響。因此,本研究以W藝術家所參與的「藝術好咖合作案」與「華圓設計藝術旅行箱」兩專案為研究對象,進行深度訪談,主要目的在探討藝術家如何啟動藝術介入、以及如何透過資源拼湊達到藝術介入的目的。研究結果顯示:(1)藝術家之藝術創作與展覽經歷、策展經驗、藝術教學與經營經驗、參與社團經驗等有助啟動藝術介入合作;(2) 「藝術好咖合作案」之藝術介入展現在藝術創作之多元載體轉變,具有載體生活化、產品系列化、創作藝術化、藝術課程化、產業體驗化、限量等特性;「藝術旅行箱」藝術介入案透過轉化創作載體、限量生產與共創生產,創造藝術載體生活化、創作符號性、載體獨特性、限量生產等特性;(3)在啓動藝術介入之資源拼湊部份,本研究從情境限制、資源拼湊驅動者、如何拼湊資源、資源拼湊對象的選擇、資源拼湊的結果等概念分析。最後依據研究結果提出實務建議。
Art is commonly viewed as an innovation promoter in organization. The process of artist’s involvement in organization or firm for the purpose to proceed space-remodeling or new product development can be identified as art intervention. Art intervention normally appears while either a artist or a firm is in the situation of resource shortage, and then both coordinate with each other for the cooperation or exchange the resources in order to relief the difficult situation. Besides, in the past, there was rare review in the discussion that how is the role of artist in art intervention so as the influence that how is his or her background in bringing to the start-up of art intervention. In reference to the above, this study was conducted in-depth interview with W artist to examine two involved projects as objectives which are “Good-Art Players” and “Traveling-Art Suitcase designed by Huayuan”. The main purpose is to discuss how the artist initiates art intervention and how the aim of art intervention is achieved in the viewpoint of bricolage. The research findings showed: (1) The experience of artist’s creative mindset, exhibition deployment, exhibition planning, artistic teaching, business administration, and social group involvement benefits the cooperation of art intervention. (2) The art intervention of “Good Art Players” proves to be a multiple object in artistic creation, in which there are characteristics of making object in vivid, product in rich full line, creation in artistic style, art in lecturing direction, industry led to experience and quantity to be limited. The art intervention makes “Traveling-Art Suitcase” as a transformed object becoming a piece of artwork with limited and co-creative production, and even to result in the characteristics of object as a living artistic creation with stylish symbol, uniqueness, and limited production. (3) As for the initiative of art intervention in resource bricolage, the study makes further analysis in the perspectives of restricted conditions, so does the driver, method, choices and outcome of resource bricolage. Finally, the study makes further practical recommendations on the basis of research outcomes.
