臺灣針對文化資產保存,逐漸採取「文化景觀」保存機制來使文化資產保存達到整體性、永續性等目的,而文化景觀保存尚有許多現有課題待釐清;臺灣目前對於鐵道文化景觀並沒有一個具體的保存計畫或架構,希望透過彙整國外相關案例及策略後,能提出相關的保存概念和層級供未來做參考。 2012年文化部世界遺產推動委員會正研擬計畫將臺北市「首都鐵道沿線產業遺產群」申報為世界遺產潛力點。並將鐵道沿線產業遺產群串聯申報,且依循鐵路脈絡來整體看待臺北都市發展史,將是指定為世界遺產的重要方向。 臺北機廠原為都市中舊有鐵道的火車技術維修工廠,因時代變遷、鐵路廢棄而導致臺北機廠遷廠至富岡,對於即將面臨的廠區保留問題,如何提出在都市中鐵道文化景觀的保存,以全面性留存最為最大目標,就臺北機廠提出保存維護的策略,未來將以鐵道文化景觀保存概念與相關研究參考作為目標。 本論文對於鐵道文化景觀,以「保存價值涵構」、「保存策略」這兩個面向下手,從臺北機廠文化資產的點,到整條鐵道延線的線,及整個涵蓋範圍的面,做範圍性的研究;並以「個案研究法」、「訪談法」和「專家問卷法」去擬定保存價值和策略,希望論文研究結果對於臺灣未來在鐵道文化景觀上,有更進一步的保存概念。
Taiwan gradually take “Cultural Landcape”preservation system to let Cultural Heritage be saved Holistic, Sustainability. And now has some issues of cultural landscape preservation to be clarified . Taiwan doesn't have a specific preservation plans or systems of Railway Cultural Landscape . I hope to arrange the foreign-related cases and tactics . Then propose related preservation concepts and levels to be referenced . 2012 Promote the World Heritage Committee plans to declare capital railway along the industrial heritages as Potential World Heritage . And follow the railway's history to review the development of Taipei city . It will be designated as an important direction of world heritage . Taipei Railway Workshop was an old train technical maintenance facility before, Then it relocated to Tomioka because of time passed and abandoned railroad . Now I will research about the preservation of facetory, railway cutural landscape and cutural heritage . Then make urban railway cutural landscape preservation in comprehensive retained. Final I will propose Railway Cultural Landscape preservation concept for research reference . In this report, I will propose for "Preservation value", "Preservation strategies" these two kinds of directions. And use "case study research", "Interview Survey" and "Experts questionnaire" to formulate Preservation strategies and values. Hope the proposal can be used of Railway Cutural Landscape Preservation in the future.
