華德福幼兒園師資培育對教師生命成長之影響 摘要 研究者藉由為孩子就讀華德福幼兒園,引發對華德福教師的好奇,並以三位資深華徳福教師善、美、真為例,針對華德福師資培育對教師的啟發及帶來的生命成長進行研究。 本研究以深度訪談、省思札記、書面檔案資料,進行分析與歸納,研究結果發現如下: 一、善、美、真三位教師皆認同華德福教育理念,而主動進入娃得福任教。 二、華德福師資培育課程帶給三位教師的啟發,包括規律帶來穩定、藝術的全新體驗、靜思與反省、知覺自我、生命回顧及靈性發展的啟發。 三、善、美、真三位教師透過師資培育歷程,引發價值觀、性情、態度、人際互動、教育觀等生命成長。 教師生命成長後,對「人」有更深入的認識,在實踐華德福教育時,有更開放的心胸,來幫助和保護孩子生命成長。 關鍵字:華德福教育、生命成長、師資培育。
The Influence of Waldorf Preschool Teacher Training Program on Teacher’s Life Growth Abstract This study began with the story that the children of the researcher went to the Waldorf preschool. The researcher chose three Waldorf teachers as the research subjects and tried to understand how Waldorf teacher training program had done with their professional developments. Also the research wanted to find out the major life changes after the three teachers joined the Waldorf education. The research had collected all the interviews, field notes and documents. All data were categorized and coded in sequence. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. Three teachers all agreed with the philosophy of Waldorf education. And Waldorf education led them to join the program as teachers. 2. What the three teachers were inspired from the Waldorf education included: the stability of rhythm, a new experience of art, meditation and reflection, perception of self, life review, and the development of spiritualism. 3. Through the Program of Waldorf education, three teachers understood how their values, personalities, attitudes, social interaction and educational viewpoints had been affected in terms of life growth. After the teachers had a better understanding about being a “human being” , they became more open-minded and developed capacities that would inspire and protect the growth of children's life.
