本研究主要在探討八卦山大佛遊憩區遊客社經屬性與旅遊特性、旅遊動機、重視度及滿意度之關聯性進行研究分析。並就研究結果提出結論與建議,研究主要以問卷方式為調查工具,共發出250份問卷,經回收扣除回答不完整或遺漏之無效問卷29份,取得有效問卷共221份,有效樣本回收率88.4%。本研究對遊客實地問卷調查後將資料建檔以SPSS18.0軟體進行統計分析,採用的分析方法為:敘述性統計分析、卡方分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、成對樣本t檢定、Scheffe法事後檢定。 研究結果如下: 一、不同社經屬性下,旅遊特性有顯著差異。 二、不同社經屬性下,旅遊動機有顯著差異。 三、不同社經屬性下,重視度有顯著差異。 四、不同社經屬性下,滿意度有顯著差異。 將研究結果歸納成結論,並向主管機關及相關業者提出建議。
This study sought to investigate correlations between socioeconomic attributes, travel motivation, importance attached to the trip, and satisfaction among visitors to the Great Buddha Recreation Area on Mt. Bagua, and propose conclusions and recommendations concerning the research results. A questionnaire comprised the chief research instrument; a total of 250 questionnaires were issued, and 221 valid questionnaires were obtained after discarding invalid questionnaires with incomplete or missing responses. The questionnaire recovery rate was 88.4%. Data obtained from the on-site questionnaire survey of travelers was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software, and analytical methods included descriptive analysis, chi-square analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, paired-sample t-test, and Scheffe's method. The following results were obtained: 1. Travel characteristics differed significantly among visitors with differing socioeconomic attributes. 2. Travel motivation differed significantly among visitors with differing socioeconomic attributes. 3. Importance attached to the trip differed significantly among visitors with differing socioeconomic attributes. 4. Satisfaction differed significantly among visitors with differing socioeconomic attributes. Conclusions were summarized from these research results, and recommendations submitted for use by the competent authority and relevant businesses.
