台灣混凝土建築物頂層防水材料應用研究

摘要


屋頂層防水工程在現今鋼筋混凝土結構物中占重要地位,顯示現代人對防水觀念的重視。建築物屋頂層依使用者不同之功能需求有不同的材料及工法搭配,除了有良好的防水隔熱效果外,也倍增其屋頂層使用空間的附加價值。 本研究在探討鋼筋混凝土結構物之設計者選擇正確的防水材料,遵循專業施工者的標準施工流程,遇問題詳加溝通評估改進,達到最佳的施工品質,以提高混凝土結構物屋頂層防水效果,且供日後相關建築業工程參考應用。 無論是在台灣使用最久的油毛氈防水工法、聚胺脂樹脂防水工法或是最新引進的聚脲樹脂防水工法,研發者除了將材料本身開發成多元化,其防水功能應提昇更持久、更有效的品質保證。研究之建議,防水材料選用通過綠建材標章且具有抗紫外線功能,另施工人員應通過丙級營建防水資格認證,使工程更具安全及專業性。 關鍵字:屋頂防水層、防水材料、綠建材

Technology of water-proof and heat insulation at top floor has recently become much more important and critical for the construction of the reinforced concrete (RC) structures, which implies that water and heat elements constitute contemporary issues in modern structural design and construction in Taiwan. A variety of materials for water-proof and heat insulation are available for design considerations depending upon the function and structural type of the structures. Suitable construction materials can be chosen in accordance with the construction methods to ensure better effects of water-proof and heat insulation, and in addition, to increase the value by expanding usable spaces at the top of the RC building. The study was conducted to investigate the most commonly available water-proof and heat insulation materials in order to establish relevant standard operation procedure for the RC structural construction in Taiwan. Intensive previews of the designs and persistent communications between the designer and contractor during the construction phases are essential to develop improvement tactics for construction, and to help provide better quality and effectiveness of top floor water-proof and heat insulation for the buildings. The results of the study identified several most popular and suitable materials for the construction of RC structures in Taiwan. Selection criteria and construction SOP suggestions for water-proof and heat insulation materials are made based on the considerations of durability and effectiveness of the materials for RC buildings in Taiwan, where the moisture and temperature are high all year round. The results of study also indicated the importance of the green-building label and anti-UV standards for the selection of the suitable water-proof and heat insulation materials, as well as the certified craftsmanship for installation of such materials.
