摘要

目前市面上存在一種商品是以平行輸入方式所販賣的商品，這類商品在臺灣俗稱為「水貨」。目前由於網際網路發達，使得網路因此盛行起來，這也為平行輸入商品提供另一種販售管道。但目前在巿場上，有著許許多仿冒問題，而仿冒品與真實的商品間，有著極高的相似度，造成仿冒品與平行輸入的商品問混淆，使得仿冒品被當成合法的商品販賣給消費者。而目前有些網頁上所提供的訊息，不一定為真實的商品訊息不符合。這也讓消費者無正確辨別真偽性。
針對上述這些仿冒問題，可得知目前市場有著許許多多的仿冒問題，而針對這些問題，我們可以得知以下幾個重點:第一個是沒有一個明確且合法的商品資訊，提供給消費者正確辨別方式，第二個是銷售管道的問題，商品是否是透過合法的管道銷售，這也是一個不明確的問題，第三個則是在原本所提供商品資訊外，是否其他方式能幫助消費者，更正確得辨別商品的真偽性。
針對這些重點問題，必須為消費者提供正確和合法資料。並且要讓消費者能很清楚的知道此商品的生產地，商品的原物料，以及商品從哪裡運輸過來銷售等資訊。最後當消費者無法正確辨別自己所購買的商品，需要提供其他方式，協助消費者去辨別商品的真偽性。
為解決上述問題系統，將會建置一個具有防偽功能的銷售系統，此系統會有前後端和資料庫部份，前端會使用HTML和JavaScript去建置使用者的操作介面，而後端則使用PHP做運算處理，並以MySQL作為資料庫。並以MVC架構作為程式開發架構，針對這些解決方式，此系統以這些方式，來建置各系統的功能。此系統會分成兩個部分，第一部份為消費者所使用的銷售端。第二部份則為廠商所使用的管理端。在管理端的部份，為確保商品是合法的，並非所謂仿冒品。廠商於註冊此系統時，需提供以下的合法品牌、商品型號、以及合法銷售管道等資料。當審核通過後，才開放使用權給廠商。另外會為消費者提供一組密碼，協助此消費者去確認商品的真偽性，所有使用此系統的廠商，這些廠商所售出的商品，都會附帶密碼，而當消費者購買到這些商品，就能獲得密碼，來幫助確認商品的真偽性。
為了讓各家廠商在出貨作業、進貨作業、以及銷售作業等方面的工作作業，能更容易配合本系統的驗證商品之機制，本系統所需作業功能給予廠商使用。讓廠商能在本系統中，完成各項工作。

There are many goods on the market. The goods are called the parallel. Now, the internet shopping is very popular. It also offers a new way for the parallel to sold to the customers. But there are many fake goods on the market. These fake goods are similar to the real goods. These problems make the customer confused the parallel with the fake goods. We are not sure whether the truth of the information on the website. These problems make the customer does not sure whether the truth of the goods.
We aim to look these problems on the market, and we get some points. The good’s information may be false. The customer does not sure whether the way to buy the real goods. The customer does not discern the goods by oneself.
Now, we think some ways to solve these problem. We provide the lawful information to the customer that they can discern the goods by oneself. The information includes the origin of the goods, the good’s material, and the nature of the goods. We provide another way to help the customer that they can sure whether the truth of the goods by oneself.
According to these ways, we build the system for the companies and the customers. The companies have to provide the lawful information of their goods. We check the information and we do not find the problem that the companies can start to sell their goods on this system. Because we do these things, the customers can find the lawful information to help the customer that they can sure whether the truth of the goods by oneself. We provide the passwords to attach these goods which the companies sell on this system. After the customers buy the goods, they can get the good’s password that they use the password to sure whether the truth of the good by oneself on this system.
We help the system’s users to complete their work. The system provides the function for the companies that the function can help the companies to complete their work on the system.
