室外運動場地設施對運動傷害認知及使用者滿意度之探討

摘要

本研究旨在探討室外運動場地設施對運動傷害認知與使用者滿意度之研究，並了解不同背景變項使用者之差異情形，以及現有室外運動場地調查狀況分析。研究以台中市三間大學校院朝陽科技大學、國立中興大學、逢甲大學之室外運動場地使用者為研究對象，以立意抽樣方式現場發放問卷調查，共計發放900份問卷，回收798份問卷，扣除無效問卷，有效問卷為651份，有效回收率為81.6%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析後，得如下結果：不同年齡的室外運動場地對運動傷害認知與使用者滿意度都達顯著差異；不同教育程度的室外運動場地對運動傷害認知與使用者滿意度都達顯著差異。使用者滿意度構面中題項「對學校各項室外運動場地設施的緩衝區（如：場地間的間隔）」得分呈現最低，故表示使用者對場地的緩衝區為不滿意，本結果配合現地調查發現室外球場除地勢不平整並有龜裂與積水問題外，最需要注意的則是緩衝距離不足，最小處僅有標準緩衝距離之之14%，將會增加民眾之運動風險。根據研究結果及發現提出相關建議，及提供本研究建議教育行政機關與學校行政人員，針對學校戶外運動場地之運動場地之間的緩衝區距離加以改善以及加強運動安全宣導，減少使用者運動過程中發生衝撞或是意外之機率。

The study explored of sport injury prevention and satisfaction of users at outdoor ground. The information on participants’ background characteristics were also collected to examine how they related to the above mentioned variables. The sample was selected using convenience sampling from the users of Chaoyang, Chung Hsing, and Feng Chia University. A total of 900 questionnaires were distributed and 651valid questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 81.6%. After testing by SPSS, Independent-Samples t Test, and One way ANOVA, the results indicated that there were significant ages and education differences in knowledge of sports injury prevention and satisfaction of users. In the questionnaires of satisfaction, the users are unsatisfied for buffer area of outdoor sport facilities. Furthermore, it was discovered that the broken surface and the lack of distance of buffer area, just 14% of standard, it would increase the risk of sport injury. Future studies could help to further refine understanding of improving the safe buffer area and decreasing the danger on outdoor ground.
