功能訓練機可調整參數對使用者運動績效的評估

摘要


市面上,廠商開發有低阻力的功能訓練機,適合各種體能民眾使用。機台上,通常有多個可由使用者調整的結構參數,對製造商而言,苦於無法確切知道產品對於使用者所產生的效益以及差異為何,且應由何處著手改進,讓產品能對使用者有更大的幫助。本研究在於利用表面肌電訊號、訓練機內建績效指標、及個人情境偏好問卷,探討4台低阻力的功能訓練機在不同參數設定下的運動績效。 實驗受試者20位,包括10位男性及10位女性。實驗結果顯示,以引導運動的情境前提下,在訓練機的內建績效指標中的協調性及平均誤差角度的受試者之間差異不大。本研究針對各功能訓練機的每一個設定的情境,利用實驗資料進行分析及討論,並提出建議,提供使用者及功能訓練機製造商使用及設計參考。

Manufacturers developed low-intensity resistance functional training machines that are suitable for people with various physical abilities on the market. These machines usually have some multiple structural parameters that can be adjusted by users. It is difficult for manufacturers to know what exactly the benefits of products for users and the differences should be. This study conducted an experiment to collect surface electromygraphic signals, built-in performance indicators of training machines, and personal preference for exercise performance of functional training machines under different parameter settings. There were 20 subjects, including 10 males and 10 females each. The experimental results showed that little differences among subjects were found for motor coordination and mean error angle in the built-in performance indicators. The study results were discussed with various adjustable parameter setings for different training machnes and some suggestions were made to users and training machine manufacturers for providing useful data as a reference for machine design and development.
