光固化套件應用於CNC雕刻機之可行性研究

摘要


本研究旨在協同一CNC雕刻機之廠商,針對其所新推出之CNC雕刻機,進行光固化套件之先期開發。 首先,本研究將透過文獻探討的方式,了解目前光固化3D列印之技術發展,而後透過台灣專案管理學會之專案管理知識體系架構,在發起階段之可行性分析方法,針對本研究之開發專案之不同面向進行可行性分析,並從可行性分析之結果彙整為可行性分析之報告,以評估本研究當中之專案是否具備可行性。 最後本研究根據文獻探討以及可行性分析之報告,證實如下幾點結論。 1.在技術可行性方面,參與人員之技術能力,能實際的產出可行之方案,專案具技術可行性。 2.在管理可行性方面,本研究當中之專案其開發過程,工作能被劃分並安排時程及進度予負責人員,專案具管理可行性。 3.在經濟可行性方面,本研究之預算足以支應開發之製作費用,專案具經濟可行性。 4.在環境可行性方面,在開發過程中所產生之廢棄物,需經初步處理後,即不會危害環境,專案具環境可行性。 5.在市場可行性方面,本研究當中之專案,已具備銷售渠道以及基礎客戶,為市場上尚未出現之產品,成本可望在下調,專案具市場可行性。

The purpose of this research is to cooperate with a CNC engraving machine manufacturer to carry out the preliminary development of the light curing kit for its newly launched CNC engraving machine. First of all, this research will understand the current technology development of light curing 3D printing through literature .Then, this research uses the feasibility analysis method of the project management knowledge body of knowledge of the Taiwan Project Management Association to conduct a feasibility analysis on different aspects of the development project of this research.The results of the feasibility analysis are aggregated into a feasibility analysis report to assess whether the projects in this study are feasible. Finally, this study found following conclusions is based on the report of literature research and feasibility analysis 1.In terms of technical feasibility, the technical capabilities of the participants can produce practical solutions, and the project has technical feasibility. 2.In terms of management feasibility, during the development of the project in this study, the work can be divided, and the schedule and progress can be arranged to the responsible personnel. The project is feasible for management. 3.In terms of economic feasibility, the budget of this study is sufficient to support the production costs of the development, and the project is economically feasible. 4.In terms of environmental feasibility, the waste generated during the development process will not endanger the environment after preliminary treatment, and the project is environmentally feasible. 5.In terms of market feasibility, the project in this study already has sales channels and basic customers. It is a product that has not yet appeared in the market and the cost is expected to be reduced. Therefore, the project is market feasibility.
