The purpose of this study is to understand the old-age life style and purchase intention of insurance with in-kind benefit. The research results show that: (1) Consumers’ sex and age impact on the cognition of insurance with in-kind benefit. (2) Consumers’ experience of purchase insurance impacts on the purchase intention of insurance with in-kind benefit. (3) Consumers who need long-term elder care tend to purchase insurance with in-kind benefit.
